Rip 450 autos
I'm just gonna delete every 450 I have. They're terrible in pve and have been since you nuked them in year one. Since then myself and others have been asking for a PVE buff to 450s and it keeps falling on deaf ears. I'm so disappointed my favorite autos won't see a buff.....again...

2 RespuestasThey won't see a buff. The vocal hardcore PvP crowd hates ARs because they're seen as "skillless spray and pray." Which sucks, since 450s are probably a range and Aim Assist (in the stat bar, not actual cones) buff away from being decent options, nothing amazing or anything, but options that are workable.

2 RespuestasThe ar meta would kill the range cannon meta if they over buffed them for pvp. The hc are always gonna be the better killer and the vast majority of the time will always win even tho they have a slower ttk on paper. Unless you had an aimbot you're not going to hit that optimal ttk on an auto everytime which makes there ttk quite bad for them all where they are at right now. Hitting three consecutive headshots with a hc is very forgiving and easy with all of their overtuned stats.

5 RespuestasIt’s the only AR archetype I use in pve/pvp. Precisions right? Firefright is not that shabby of a weapon but I’m only using it because of overload rounds. Obviously weapons will be less used when champ mods aren’t available for them This “not optimal” mentality is why people make a meta. Using weapons that people don’t use is refreshing and actually a showmanship of skill

So I actually did some testing between 360 and 450 rpm. I used herod-c and a adept shadow price and I think I figured out why they won't buff 450s. So I was on the leviathan and ran some numbers on a mini boss scorn I came across. Herod with frenzy hit for 1443 per crit and shadow price hit for 1274 per crit with swash x5. Here's the problem.. that's only 169 difference. So with bigger damage perks like rampage and swash, if they buff 450s they could easily surpass 360s. So I think in order to buff 450s they'd also have to buff 360s but they said in the twab they "do God damage" so that won't happen.. Now me and some friends were tossing around some ideas and what if they gave them the 110 hc treatment and just buffed the rpm? 360-450 is a 90rpm difference. 450-600 is a much bigger jump at 150rpm difference and then 600-720 is a bit lower at 120. So what if they filled that rpm jump a bit and made 450s into 480s. That would make it 120rpm difference from 600s just like 600-720. Could that maybe make them better cause it seemed to make a difference when they made 110 hc's into 120s. I'm genuinely curious on yalls thoughts.
