As simple as that. Warlocks and Hunters shouldn't be the only ones to activate Radiant with ease through their projectile melee attacks. Buff the tracking just a little bit.
Edit: because there is confusion it seems. I'm calling for a small magnetism buff for PvP purposes. Not PvE. It's excellent there. In PvP the hammer's wonkiness is on full display and activating Radiant it is a cumbersome task when compared to Warlocks and double dipping hunters(I get why they have two different routes to Radiant. I don't agree with it but Titans and Warlock can double dip with healing)

Just make it fire that's not celestial with possibly a wind up animation so people can't do it immediately after shotgunning. Wouldn't you prefer a celestial fire nerf? I would. Then things would be balanced.
