I couldn’t stand Asher Mir. That said, you were certainly right with your general point. Real sick of being the “cure all” to literally EVERY single problem ANY NPC has in-game. The way “The Guardian” is treated, I half expect them (us?) to march up to The Witness with chest puffed out and beat him to death with his own arms by the end of the story.
