If synthoceps and bulwark don’t stack then which buff is active?
If I have an overshield and surrounded at the same time which buff would I receive?

Pretty sure the way it works is it takes the highest damage buff that is active and uses that. Damage buffs use to stack but they changed that some time ago

Why would they not both stack? They aren’t both damage buffs

Either one or the other at the same time 50% of the time, 100% of the time.
