Every game mode, decision made, matchmaking, map, whatever; all are cogent decisions made to punish the solo player. It's like they don't want us to play their game, it's very weird.

Here’s the real question. Why would someone wanting a solo players experience play a game that’s heavily marketed towards team based activities? There are very many solo player games out there. Yet they buy a team based game and expect it to cater to them? I don’t like third person shooters. So I don’t play them. I don’t buy gears of war then -blam!- that it’s third person. Because that’s just stupid.

4 RespuestasI think the community hates solo players too just look at all the downvotes ;)

27 RespuestasAll I want is matchmaking for end game content. If Trials can have it, so can PVE end game content.
-
If you think matchmaking for endgame activities is a good idea il give you some spoilers and say that its not. Warframe has matchmaking on tridolons (the equivalent to master raids in d2) and its a absolute 💩 show of casuals wanting to be carried

Editado por Illuminary: 2/19/2022 6:48:39 PMIf Bungie put the LFG tool into the game instead of just on a phone or this site it would be better. Also, optional match making would be better than nothing but it wouldn't be ideal. Most MMOs have an LFG tool in game so Destiny can use one too. But, in optional match making raids in FFXIV tons of people would just leave after one wipe; like Alexander or Dun Scaithe type raids. People with high levels of experience going for a quick clear won't stick around if there are too many noobs or wipes. Sorry, that's just how differing gaming ideologies are. When I was trying to do legendary astral one guy left even though we were successful one of the phases with five seconds left on the clock.

14 RespuestasDestiny is not a solo game whatsoever! Never has never will . If you are not in a clan or have a hood network of people to lay with then destiny is not fun .
-
It's not that they hate us. Bungie is at war with Esoterickk. We're just collateral damage.

9 RespuestasEditado por Ty’Riis, Kell of the Hood: 2/17/2022 4:14:04 PMDestiny has never in its history been a “solo” game.

Maybe…just maybe…the game was made around fire teams….

I play solo anyway, no point forcing myself to be something I'm not just for a gun or two.

4 RespuestasLiterally made dungeons as a end game activity for solo players. Multiple freelance modes. Only raids cannot be done solo. Even GM’s are possible of your skill is there. However, I’m not opposed to matchmaking being introduced for a lot more content. But saying they don’t help solos already is absurd.
-
Except they do. They have an LFG app, matchmaking for trials, solo trials every now and again, solo playlists for nearly everything. Make some -blam!- ing friends and stop complaining.
-
It's a social game, what did you expect Do you know what we had on ps3 and xbox 360? The tower as an lfg. Get a grip
-
Editado por NEM: 2/17/2022 5:02:36 AMBecause they don’t care about the introvert, broke, anti-social players. It’s a multiplayer game, they cater to online multiplayer environments. If the solo players padded bottom lines better, than maybe solos could get some much needed content. Better put the /s.

2 RespuestasEditado por Bobargus: 2/17/2022 5:30:49 AMI agree with you on this, but i only have bad news. You know how some of the end-game players choose to voluntarily embrace the idea of socializing, being coordinated, talking, chatting, having teamwork, and all the things that are required for the harder content; and see how they defend such way of playing the game? The way of "having to socialize and adapt to get things done"? Oh yes. All of these concepts and designs are deliberately implemented into the game by the devs. Let me tell you something: For the examples that i am about to give, i have no links, because i don't know where they are anymore. You or anybody else can choose to believe them or not. Back in the Forsaken days, me and others like me had asked the devs to implement alternative ways of getting raid loot. The devs had basically replied with something like this: "We can not and will not create a direct alternative for the raid loots of any kind. But you can do such contents like Zero Hour to get exotics such as the Outbreak Perfected, or Whisper of the Worm, and consider them as your alternative raid-like loot". In short, they basically said that "they value the endgame raid players who just accept and adapt to the already existing ways of getting through those contents, rather than even considering the ideas of casual players". That "they are trying to satisfy the desires of all kinds of players, instead of just one type". One of the people who had asked for that alternative way of getting the raid loots had also claimed that he had some kind of a mental illness or something. And a player, in response, had told that player "the end game group contents were simple enough for even such an "autismo" like him to complete them". I had felt like vomiting when i saw that comment. So yes, some things in this game may never change. I am trying to accept things as they are, but it is definitely not easy. I too would have liked to play the raids without needing to communicate with others, or learning how to get through the raid in the first place. But since i have no other choice, i am trying to adapt and get through these hurdles, one way or another (sherpas, carries, and such). The only good news that i can give is this: Currently, last wish and garden of salvation accepts players with minimal amount of gear score. Better than nothing, right?

7 Respuestas90% of the game can be beaten solo. Not sure what you're after, a solo raid option?
-
YouTubers and streamers.
-
2 RespuestasWhat decisions are they making that hurt solo players? I’m a solo player. And there’s nothing I really can’t do unless I don’t want to.
-
3 RespuestasI don’t think they hate solo players. Playing solo is a choice.
-
The only person punishing you is... well... YOU. IDK what spectrum of social anxieties you'll claim to have like everyone else who posts this drivel, but you need to get over them if you wanna go far in a team oriented game.
-
6 RespuestasSolo player here. Never felt hated by Bungie.
-
As a solo player… not really
-
3 RespuestasIf you were a true solo player, you would have quit by now. That is the general problem with solo player focused games. You play it once and never look back. Destiny is more or less a subscription game with ever changing seasons for the price of 10$ a month when you account for all the expansions.
