Yes but they aren’t stronger in the sense of more damage. It gives it an extra tracker.

This is Bungie’s way of keeping it in the game without wasting a fragment/aspect slot. That’s all it is.

It already does something. It turns 1 grenade into a handheld supernova. Remember handheld supernova is now already a charged normal nade...so it stays the same.
