Yes because it does. It can be powerful which it should be. I meany eyes of tomorrow was absolutely disappointing so I could see why the buffed it so much. However that was too much, way too much

Well yeah it was horrible in pve it desperately needed a buff. Pvp on the other hand it should not have gotten as substantial buff. And its primarily what I've been using in trials and general pvp so I would know. It was definitely overtuned
