So Destiny is branching out in a big way to TV and Movies. Here's my vision of how that will go based on the Destiny gaming experience:
You'll have to pay $60 up front for a three-movie package, or $40 per movie. On opening day, you'll go to the theater to see the first 10 minutes of the movie, then be required to talk to 3 different store managers at the strip mall in order to advance the movie, then go back to the theater and see another 5 minutes. Do this every Tuesday for fifteen months. Midway through the release, you'll be offered the opportunity to spend another $30 for an "exclusive short film."
Sometimes the theater will be down for maintenance, other times random people will just be repeatedly barred from entry or kicked out of the theater by ushers vaguely mumbling animal or plant names and blaming you for not being able to watch because "you probably forgot your glasses or something; our projector is fine."
Sweaty Destiny fans who pay for expanded Destiny TV access and watch every episode of Fuller HELM or Young Asher on Netflix and grind out positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB will get to punch casuals in the face as they walk to the front of the line and get all the best snacks; their justification for this will be "If you don't like it, don't watch the movie."
The large tub of popcorn with extra butter will be deemed "OP" and nerfed; everyone will have to settle for a medium with only salt.

Let's be honest it will run for 15 episodes and every episode will be exactly the same as the previous one
-
Episode 2 will be exactly episode 1, but played in reverse.

1 RespuestaBy the time you get the last month the first few episodes will have been sunset but are now back but with a different color grade and some sly commentary added in to 'make it fresh and relevant'! Note you will have to visit the concession stand multiple times, for things such as a custom seat, seat cushions (in many colors and patterns), an assortment of masks (because well COVID will still be a thing), access to air. Just don't drink to much because well Destiny is incredibly short on bathrooms!!!

1 RespuestaThe best part will be during the TV show's second season when they throw the first season into the content vault.
-
4 RespuestasUnfortunately political views will ruin any creativity.
-
Destiny: No Time To Explain. 120 minutes of dialogless action and no explanations.
-
3 RespuestasI would pay to see Eris and her fire team go into the Hell Mouth and fail.
-
🤣 The viewers have to pay the actors salaries.
-
For the same reason there was no HALO movie there'll be no Destiny movie either and we have George Lucas to thank. No studio will make a film without having copyright and Bungie will never hand that over unless someone outright buys them.
-
5 RespuestasDont forget the spicy love scene with saint and osiris
-
Queue of 10000 when trying to watch new releases Error codes while watching and you only have a month to watch, as it will be thrown into the content vault.

14 RespuestasI'd pay money to watch a movie about the Books of Sorrow. Or maybe a show. Could be sick seeing the Hive murder their way through the universe.
-
Literally nowhere is there proof of this. I bet itll just be to direct their social media content. Maybe animated shorts on their youtube channel at most.
-
Instead of this i want more cutscenes in game bruh
-
I think a movie based on the books of sorrow would be cool.
-
Ninjas need to ban characters or it's not realistic
-
🤣🤣🤣🤣👌👌👍
-
It will work just like chinese constipation powders.

>Half the movies will be text. >Important information on things will not be in the movies or shows you'll have to get on YouTube to get the rest of it. >Half way through the story changes or it's just filler from the last seasons and movies. >You got a medium popcorn with salt? All I got was a small unpopped popcorn..

I mean it’ll be a movie or tv show. Probably be monitored exactly how everything else does it so new people can be pulled in. I don’t really feel like we’d get the political -blam!- in it as much as some new sitcom for some reason plus it feels like some have taken notice of how negatively shows get received when they pull that -blam!-. I hope I’m right but meh we will see. If they give us more of a showcase of like the books of sorrow Or some of the great battles and stories we’ve only ever heard of I don’t see that as a negative.
