You’re right, looking for any one roll has the same likely hood. That number doesn’t change if you want a different roll. Also, I used combination formula to get that number. You’re just wrong.

Smh. Like I said. Deaf and blind. The fact that there is no single agreed upon “god roll” mean that your entire argument is meritless. And even if you decide to chase after one precise roll, that is a personal choice and not a game mechanic.

Again, this all stemmed from one Vex being OP and two, the mathematical chamber of getting your desired roll of legendary. Again, I have math to back this up and even if I were to cut down on the possibilities of you’re okay with multiple rolls, getting that roll would still be just as difficult. Especially because high value legendaries tend to have limitations on farming (Judgment, shayuras (trials is hard to farm), currency for umbrals.) Now exotics have limits as well however, again static rolls.

Jesus kids can anything in this game be good and last for one season. 100 % little craving babies don’t have it and when they got killed with it let’s go on forum and cry and beg for nerf. Besides the part where you tell him to shut up..... ...agreed. At the end of the day this is about "working the refs" (Bungie) in an effort to gain advantage for their own play style, by weakening others. Kinda sad actually. Especially after only 2 weeks of play. But then Penumbral Blast got nerfed after only 8 days....and its easier to complain than it is to adapt.

I don’t think that SMGs are OP because they kill me, I’ve used them and they’re fine. I wish that one or two specific ones would get a range need to allow more autos to shine, but they’re fine. VM, melts too fast, is VERY forgiving, has 100 AA and allows you to have a one shot linear WITH that 100 AA after only two kills. “It’s an exotic” does not justify its unbalance. “Mic drop ‘blam’”🤦♂️

I really don’t give a -blam!- if you have it or not I will tell you anytime anywhere if you call any gun or any armour to get nerfed to go and get -blam!- ok You pvp crying -blam!- now comparing as you slide shot gun meta got nerfed and now you can do that anymore you getting -blam!- with VM Good I’m glad you do ,I don’t play pvp much only if I want some gear I do but -blam!- of with nerfs allready . Separate sandbox for pvp and pve and this will not be a problem .

I'm not. I play a ton of pvp. Bow main here I think it's fine. If y'all used cover it wouldn't be an issue.

Editado por Meaga: 9/8/2021 6:19:19 PMI do use cover, it’s just not a pushable gun. The linear function is my biggest issue with the AA, those weapons are all WAY too easy. All I do is peek shot with a HC, I just have to disengage because often because of how nuts it is.

Ah I see. I use a bow so timing my peek shot is very key. I also throw in a quick crouch when I peek our if I hear the charge. I think of it as arbalest. Thinking of it like that it's fairly easy to avoid.

Why not? CoC implications aside.... I have an argument....and a very, very solid one...and it isn't persuading you anymore than the swearing is. Since none of this----on your side---is about principle. Its about self-interest and preferred play style. Which is what this carping about sandbox is ALWAYS about in comp shooters. Rare is the person who actually wants a balanced sandbox. Its always about jockeying for advantage.

No, its outpreforming them in terms of everything. Ace, the range "king" gets dropoff at 35ish meters. Vex, with its range in the upper 80s, gets damage dropoff at around 40 meters. Not only that, but Vex is rocking the highest aim assist in the game. Base 100. On a primary. Even arbalest doesnt have that much AA. Even if they do out range you, you've got a free 100 AA low zoom LFR in your back pocket you can slap them with. This has nothing to do with handcannons. The next best handcannon in the game is Ace. Vex has over double the percentage of kills and almost 3x the percentage of headshot kills. This is not a weapon being competitive. This is a weapon owned by a fraction of of the playerbase annihilating weapons that many people claim are OP.

..and this is why I get frustrated with cherry-pickers. 1. Vex is an exotic. Which is why you get the LFR function...and its a reward that you only get access to if you go on a kill streak with the weapoin. 2. AoS gives you a perk that speeds your reload AND gives you AoE with precision kills (Firefly) AND it gives you SIX bonus damage rounds that only require to get ONE kill....and there is no time limit on when they're good for as long as you don't stow the weapon. 3. Crimson which also has best-in-slot range (if you have the catalyst) heals you on every kill. So none of what Vex does is unreasonable when you look at other top-tier exotic primaries. This is ALL about this (essentially) auto rifle being competitive in PVP....and none of this complaining will stop until it is NERFED down to being non-competitive, and hand cannons are dominant once more.
