Ascendant Ballast I Sunken Isles anchors not appearing
I've gotten 18/20 anchors, none of which were from the Sunken Isles, but when I went there hoping to finish things off, there were none there. Nowhere. I looked up where they were supposed to be, and they were indeed gone. Now I'm not sure how to finish the quest, since I'm pretty sure I've tapped out the rest of the map.
