A raid is 30-40 minutes if your whole team has multiple clears. A lot of people are learning their very first raid right now. I'll happily spend even up to 6 hours in a raid with some newbies if I see that they're learning. If you wanna speedrun it then make your own post that says so, or join one that says so. There's plenty of these groups.
