You forgot the jumping puzzle after beating Atheon. I remembered that was hardest part and you had to do it quickly.

Well yea the fact that it was also a maze filled with gorgons that instantly vaporized you at each dead end made it hard too. Then you had to restart from the beginning of the Atheon fight

It was tough but the guaranteed vex mythoclast drop after killing him was a good reason to keep trying
