Editado por Flavius: 7/14/2021 3:51:57 PMThis is the first seasonal challenge which requires you to play Trials. After all these seasons, I struggle to understand why now? This is definitely bad, freaking horrible and outrageous. If you play on console, it may not be a big deal. But on PC, this speaks volumes that Bungie still doesn't get it. I love PvP, but what I have confirmed since I migrated my account almost 2 years ago to PC is the ridiculous number of cheaters. When I landed in the Tower for the first time on my PC, the first thing I noticed was the exceptional amount of players with the Flawless title. Coincidence? I would say absolutely, without hesitation. Do a Google search for 'Destiny 2 hacks' and you will understand how corrupt Destiny 2 has become. Pages and pages of sites dedicated to give players an edge, which all breach Bungie's EULA. If Bungie expects people in the PC community to play Trials, then they need to get some counter measures in place. Having lawyers issuing cease and desist orders to websites isn't the answer. There are some of us in the community that do not want to play Trials and even PvP in light of this. My question to Bungie is what percentage of your sales are dedicated to developing anti-cheat mechanisms to make the game and community better? Yeah, I suppose I could play this out on console for this challenge to help mitigate the problem but I shouldn't have to. And having to sacrifice the awesome graphics I am getting, I don't want to. I cringe at the thought of having to step into that toxic PC playlist.

5 RespuestasIt’s too many wins. If you are as terrible at PvP as I am it’s just too many wins. Shouldn’t be wins, should be rounds completed. I’ll do it cause I have done everything leading up to this point, but it’s gonna suck real bad. I mean probably dozens of hours and hours of being straight cannon fodder. Especially all the problems with Trials right now, it shouldn’t have been trials. The gambit one this week needs to be halved as well, 40 envoys is too many.

1 RespuestaI'm amazed people aren't already complaining about this objective.

1 RespuestaEditado por Swiftlock: 3/31/2021 7:14:31 PMTrials sucks, but 7 wins over the course of a few weeks is reasonable. Even mediocre PvP players can just stand behind teammates and provide cover fire. Just that strategy alone will scrape you a win here and there. It's a non issue. If the challenge asked you to go Flawless, then I'd agree there's a problem.
-
I would say good. I think that the reward justifies the difficulty.
-
The seasonal challenges are meant to make you do some of everything during the season. If you don't do them, you're not gonna miss much. And the Trials challenge gives you a Trials weapon for doing it, so that's cool. I'm more annoyed with the Infamy and Valor rank challenges, those are just tedious.
-
Both. Good: doable and free loot Bad: draggs people who want the title into conpetetive, the loot you get will be dogshit...
-
1 RespuestaIMO it’s great, 7 round wins is doable even for the worst teams. Your more then likely go up against map jumpers which is 5 wins right there. I like how you get a trials weapon as a reward too
-
Where'd the OP go? I've never done Trials. I could, I reckon, but nah, don't care that much. I prefer to send my PvP time in Iron Banner or other Crucible stuff.
-
I don't understand why anyone is complaining about it. We have weeks left of this Season and it only want 7 ROUND wins. Get a decent LFG team and you can have that done within 20 mins. Im by no means good at Trials or a fan of PVP but even I can muster up the strength to get to 3 wins and have a few clutches myself. Its a free Trials weapon on top of Tokens and the Trials Engram for participation. This challenge is a complete non issue. So what if you lose? Trials Engram, Bounties and its only 7 ROUNDS. Not matches.

1 RespuestaIt's a great way for bungie to pad numbers into failing game modes. That way they can continue to ignore the glaring problems.
-
Good, because I'm skipping it
-
Good because it's 7 rounds not 7 matches
-
Reasonable challenge. Cant wait to see the stats of the people who dont think so.
-
as long as "end game" is the weekly bounty, i will try.
-
seeing as it's 7 round wins and not matches and rewards a weapon, I think it's a more casual way to earn a guaranteed weapon with no need to win actual matches. If you do win 3 or more matches, you're getting extra trials loot, which is good. The only problems are that you actually have to play trials, and it is not solo player friendly.
-
It also gives a trials gun too, so there’s that.
-
Probably should have had a “it’s fine” option for the poll. Good and bad feel to strong of an opinion. It’s reasonable as it’s only rounds but trials can be hard to bare playing at times.
-
All these challenges would be alright if they counted during all the weeks. Like the stupid Gambit 5 ranks and Crucible 5 ranks. I've reset my rank twice in crucible. The Last week will be reset your ranks and I'll have to do it for a 3rd time.
-
I dont like trials personally. However, i like that you need to win rounds, instead of games.
-
It's not good, but it's not even bad. Seven rounds are okay. Would be different if it was "7 Matches", but Seven Rounds is possible with a dose of patience and a couple of friends.
-
im too lazy to do any of the seasonal challenges
-
Too lazy to do the seasonal challenges anyways
-
As a non-PvP player, I’m totally fine with this challenge and intend on completing it myself.
-
7 rounds win? If the reward is the Light House then I'd do it more often. That sounds alot easier than 7 matches win, lol. If it's for weekly bounty, then nah.
-
I expected it to be match wins not just rounds. Rounds will definitely be easier.
