Unable to reset valor
I have a bunch of enhancement prisms with the post master from last season or so on all characters. Without claiming them I am unable to reset my valor. I am waiting to get good drops this season to use those prisms and prefer not to use them on random gear. Prisms are not allowed to move to the vault. How do I get around this issue?

it is unwise and not recommended to keep them in the postmaster. at any time they can be deleted, pushed out, etc. also, if you upgrade armor with them, you can recover some of them when you dismantle the infused item in the future.

Allo there, The only way to get around it is to spend some of the prisms so you can claim them from Shaxx, then you can reset your Valor.
