I hate sunsetting.

1 RespuestaHere is how sunsetting has changed how I play - don’t care about loot from any activity -no pressure or motivation to grind quests for armor or weapons -will never masterwork anything ever again -less engagement with any activity unless I’m just going for armor to add to my collection for whenever transmog comes about

7 RespuestasIt sours the entire game in my opinion. The appeal of the loot chase was having something that was [i]yours.[/i] Now, it’s for something you get to use for a little bit. With the loot system completely neutered, whats left? Extremely basic mechanics, strikes we’ve run a hundred times? What’s left to be attached to? Honestly, sunsetting on this scale, putting an expiration date on everything is in my opinion the worst thing destiny could’ve done.

Sunsetting its paytoplay in other side of translation,bungie its poor company so they leak to scamm people on all way they can,basicly we are paying for recyled weapons every sesson,and weapons and armor i masterworked by wasting my time playing nightfalls etc its useless after 2 sessons so i need to farm and grind again ? completly scamm

If we can see it in our menu, we should be able to get it. They could rotate items, seals, and everything in the game but they won’t because they want players to always feel like they “had to be there when.” Screw that.

Be different if they refunded all the materials put into masterworking it. I've decided at the end of season this game and me are done. I only wish I could get the 3,000 plus hours I've wasted on this hamster wheel turd of a game back.

Or maybe BUNGIE wants to us to fear losing our favorite legendary weapons that we rightly earned in battle. Then they know we will eventually grow angry once we finally lose our beloved Austringer or Recluse or Midnight Coup... Then we will grow to hate the system and it’s rules imposed on us by the Vanguard and reject the light. We will fully embrace the Darkness and that will lead to suffering.. Guardians will begin only using Stasis and exotics like Thorn and Malfeasance and any light we once had will be snuffed out just like BUNGIE wanted all along. “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” - Some small old green dude who spoke in riddles Or it’s just a bad idea... idk

Bungie can do whatever they want and you guys eat it up and say thanks 😂. Get some dignity boys.. Plenty of other games out there.

I literally only play when a new exotic releases in some capacity to get it, use it for a couple hours, and then quit until the next exotic comes out. Right now exotics are the only thing that don't get sunsetted. What is the point of going for any of the gear in the game besides exotics if they are all going to be sunsetted in like 9 months. I don't see a point. I get the exotics and then I leave. A looter-shooter where you can't keep your loot. You can thank Luke Smith for that logic.

Yeah I don't see the point. They sunset the moon's guns and now we have to grind for them again. I'll say it before and I will say it again. This game needs a better game dev Bungie is a shitty game dev and this ip deserves better
