Well done Bungie, I absolutely had a blast doing the new mission tonight.
I went in blind solo and found it was the perfect difficulty level to keep my interest, without it being too difficult that I quit and find a group. I liked the maze bits and the fights.
Bravo!
Now to test out the weapon 🙂

7 Respuestas
Best content for a long time!
Yeah, that says a lot for me right there and that isn't a good thing at all. This entire game seriously needs to be updated like years ago. These missions as anyone can see if you can solo it that easy will be very short-lived and things will be back to the norm with the boring overextended grind with you guys hoping for a long time there will be something like this to grab on to so you can say "things are good" when in fact they are not. The best way I can put how this game is, it's not dead, but it sure as hell isn't living.
-
3 RespuestasWell yes, but the issue is it's one good thing in an otherwise steaming pile.
-
3 RespuestasIts good sure but only because the rest of the game is so shit, if you only drank urine for a month water would seem amazing wouldnt it?
-
4 RespuestasI'm glad people are enjoying the content. Tempts me to buy into the season, but not giving Bungie money is paramount, for me right now. Hopefully, we get content that is full of praise separate from the loot that will become worthless in time. Then, we'll be hitting MMO-esque content and features that work alongside them

7 RespuestasSo we have raisin in this steaming pile of shit. Bravo! bungie. Not buying.
-
1 RespuestaBest content for a long time.. that's not really saying much.

2 RespuestasSaid no one ever

Bungie making quality content now, people stopped playing on their alt accounts and are investing in just one. Which is why the numbers are so low! Like how increasing min wage will stop people's alt jobs to focus on just one good paying which then opens up more opportunity for job applications and helps reduce unemployment!

1 RespuestaRichGhost77 You make some valid points and I agree that ever verse should be removed from this game. But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

more content in the Truman era to come

2 RespuestasI’m sure there are going to be those complaining that it is difficult to solo... or that there is no matchmaking... Ignore it! Good stuff Bungie. Absolutely love the creepy SciFi vibe of the mission. Makes us feel some purpose in the fight....

Editado por mxgreg: 2/18/2021 10:59:01 PMDid the same after talking to some folks on the forum. It was sort of weird and exciting to explore some new interesting place, solving puzzles, etc. That's really how they should kick off-seasons. Start with your best foot forward. I think they could have toned down the boss stomp a bit since it glitched on me once, but other than that it was a good experience. Reminds me why I play this game. It was also nice getting something other than a HC.

1 RespuestaIf this is why they chose to cancel crimson days ,I an all for it I would rather have cool exotic missions than copy and paste holidays
-
Agreed! Honestly going on about crismon days....i know what is rather have 🤷♂️
-
I hope we can do more in the ship a good new addition to the sand box.
-
1 Respuestacontent, maybe --- matchmaking, not even close.. across the board matchmaking is terrible
-
I agree. It was a very well-built quest. One of the best i can say i have ever played, and not just in destiny. Well done Bungie. My congrats for a good job

Editado por STARKILLER2258: 2/18/2021 8:19:32 PMI absolutely loved it, because it was exactly the style of gaming I grew up with years ago, decades really. One man, his game system, and a world to conquer. No -blam!- shit that these days they call "mechanics", but rather the old style mechanics of having to use your head to think about how to beat it, explore the area, solve the puzzles, beat the boss, etc. None of this jump monkey jump, dance monkey dance, run monkey run crap, like oh lets stand on plates, lets toss a ball around, look at the color of the room, you call this to that guy, then call it to this guy, etc etc. To me that was always stale game play. I find it actually refreshing that so many loved doing this mission solo, because either they discovered the beauty of how games used to be (younger players), or maybe forgot and got a refresher (older players). Yeah its nice to be on a team occasionally for different things, but this mission reminded me of the golden era of gaming, where its up to you as a player to forge your destiny, and have multiple ways available to craft your victory. None of this "aww dude you stepped off your plate" crap. That to me was always 1 dimensional gaming, being pieces on a board, not enough autonomy. This mission, yeah this is what gaming used to be about. If destiny had a good mix of team play and missions like this, things would be very different.

8 RespuestasEditado por blade329: 2/19/2021 6:09:11 AMI was having fun until I hit a wall. I spent hours on it and could not beat it. I died more than two dozen times in the trash compactor alone. Then the two lightning bosses finished me. I gave up. All these tools telling me it's "easy" are full of it. They all have gear that I don't have.

8 RespuestasShame Bungie releases another controller gun
-
You know... I'm trying hard to remember how I unlocked Izanagi's Burden and Xenophage had the "go into another door."... This is the best since Whisper of the Worm
-
Yeah last night I soloed it and then I helped my friends through it had an absolute blast both times
-
4 RespuestasWhat level were you? I went in at 1270ish and the enemies felt great
-
Trash compactor gave me the feels ... but overall the whole thing was just ok

Good to hear Bungie have dishing out some good content. I’m hearing some better weapons also out there to chase. I’m currently taking a break and returning next season, but it’s good to hear I’m going to have some cool content I can also go through from this season.
