Delete Stasis from PVP

stasis is still a problem. The nerf to glacier dive literally did nothing

I agree, I can’t count the number of times in comp where I have an easy kill and frozen. Get heavy and frozen. Pop super and frozen. I’m sick of being forced to use stasis in PvP but the other supers are a joke. Some players use the regular supers but there really easy to shut down right away.

8 RespuestasThe only reason why you say that is because everybody is using that class at the moment, so you see all of its best aspects. If statis was in the game from the beginning then you wouldn’t see it dominating pvp right now. It’s simply because it’s new and everyone is using it. Of course I agree some things could be nerfed a little but the main reason behind this is the popularity. I’ll tell you a quick example of why people aren’t thinking out the box about it. The other day I was in Warlock Statis Super and someone on the other team was in Arcstrider. They actually blocked my frost bolts and they reflected at me and froze me, ultimately he killed me and I thought it was brilliant. People need to think out the box with other supers and counter Statis. It isn’t getting removed so get used too it 👊

They won’t change anything until another DLC drops. They made it more powerful than the rest on purpose to sell more season passes. Just like sun breaker was OP in D1 when it was released. They did it to get more people to play Titans at the time and to sell more DLC.

51 RespuestasStasis is fine. People saying it's uncounterable... they are wrong. Plenty of ways of countering. It's just that stasis is new and not everyone knows the counters yet. Stasis is meant to make you play a different way... both with it and against it. If you can't adapt and overcome, then hey, maybe move on. Honestly, half the counter is just avoiding it. If you rush in like you normally do then hey, maybe you deserve to be shattered to pieces or sucked into a dusk field grenade. Just saying. Also, people take non-competitive pvp seriously? Because I swear no one took non-competitive pvp seriously until stasis. Relax folks. Just a game. And before you ask, I've been in those situations where I'm running from those pesky icy tornadoes of death or frozen by warlocks straight out of spawn time after time after time. Is it a little frustrating at the time, sure. But it's not like I've not done the same myself. Both with stasis and with light classes. Honestly I think people need to just step back, maybe go into a private match with friends and explore counters. That's how I learned a few. Even developed a counter to a fully charged hawkmoon this week. The meta changes all the time. Adapt, or be swept away in the storm, my fellow Guardians.

He says it's up to the others if they want to allow guardians to continue using stasis, but he doesn't want it in his crucible. Guardians are hereby not allowed to use Stasis in PVP. PROBLEM SOLVED!!

Funny thing is: It would make sense for the Vanguard to have Shaxxy outlaw Stasis given their views of it, a bit like Red Death but more serious
