"ASSAULT" 3 round, 6v6 game mode set on a large, long ways map. Attackers vs defenders Attackers have to capture strategic points to push to the next set until all points are captured. Capture zones are divided into thirds, progress can only be reset as long as the third isn't complete, but once captured it can't be re-captured by defenders. Once the zones are captured, Shaxx in his love for explosives will detonate bombs that allow defenders to fall back and attackers to not pursue, however they can run through if they don't get hit by a blast, defenders can also be killed by the explosives if they stay. [EXAMPLE MAP] FIELDS OF GLASS - Mercury's past (I know it doesn't make sense lore wise but that has to be worked out) Attackers spawn on an island in a Radiolarian sea. They have to capture 'The shore,' 'The bunker,' and 'The vex statue.' Once captured next points are up ahead, they are 'The conflux' and 'The tree.' After that they push to the last point, 'The portal.' Once all points are captured they win. Defenders have access to one way portals which help them traverse the different zones. Sparrows are allowed for both teams once the first set of zones are captured. If the map allows Pikes, interceptors, drake tanks, and turrets are available. UNDERGROUND - Earths moon Capture zones: Observatory, habitat, depot. Then you head underground into hive tunnels and capture: Spawning room, The mine and then move onto the Ascendant portal room. FOG BANK - Dreaming City, divilian mists Capture zones: The beach, The statue, The gardens. Then move onto: Left bridge, Right bridge. Then the last zone is The temple. The idea of this game mode is to tell a story and recreate a battle. Shaxx: "This is how we train rookies to fight an invasion, SO GIVE THEM A FIGHT!" If you like this idea please consider up voting.
