The final gift for dawning was horrid
All that work for nothing new i was hopeing for something exlclusive but we get shit from eververse from 2 years ago and an exotic engram worst dawning ever

2 RespuestasIf you weren't grinding cookies and instead doing something productive like Nightfalls you wouldn't be malding over your participation reward. Complain about something legitimate, like the process of baking and handing out cookies not being engaging.

I was hoping to get the final reward on all three characters. Boy was I mistaken. Even if the 1st character got the emote and ghost projection and the shard plus exotic wpn or armor. At the very least allow the other 2 characters to get a shard each and the exotic. I understand it was a free event for all, but it wouldn't break the game.

I got a near awesome cold front with surplus/dragonfly from the PREVIOUS gift. I also got a pve glaciochasm from the second. I got a worthless rolled glacioclasm from the final roll that I immediately dismantled.

Cant say im surprised. Im still laughing at all those clowns that thought BL would magically become less bare-bones over time, despite bungie immediately charging for the first season.

3 RespuestasSo much was wrong with this event, but it won't change. Even someone like Skarrow9, who I thought was gonna lay into Bungie, came off as pathetic, like a beaten dog. "This event was bad, but the last two community events were good." BS. I didn't mind fractline, it took what I had earned all season, ad made it so that I could get god rolls. Not saying ti has to be this easy, but at least it did not insult. But don't you dare tell me that the serraph tower event was worth a damn thing. "Oh, but we got Felwinters." Yeah, but they also had to make more progress go by, because we REFUSED to do this dumb event, because towers are trash. This event takes the cake in horrid though, another year of Christmas cookie grinding, another bounty simulator. Another dosage of crap rehashed rewards. It didn't have to be the best rewards, but what gets me as the Dawning has not changed. NOTHING changes with these events. Do bounties, say we're sorry, then make us do more bounties. so where did the real goodies go, you might ask? Guess , that's right, Eververse. I wasn't too offended, when I saw the new, and very looking ornaments were gonna be available for bright dust. Cool, I can earnt hem. week before the event? Nope, silver only. with the current pandemic in the world, the last thing people need to do is spend real money on the only real new content of a free to play event. I'm disappointed, but that's not new. I'm not gonna sit here and say I won't play, I will, most of us will. Hell, I don't know why I'm even typing this out, I feel like the devs honestly don't care. I guess I do care enough to voice this. Lemme know what y'all think.

I got an exotic, a ghost shell, a dance emote, a fruit cake, and an ascendant shard. I’m ok with that for a free event.

"Facepalm" Worth noting that although all three of my guardians contributed to the event, the reward packages were all account - wide. Pity you didn't think of that when it came to story or Stasis unlocking eh Bungie.
