I hat to be that guy, but dude [u]you just suck at using warlock.[/u]
Warlock is and has been the best class in the game:
- has been best PvE class since forsaken
- has had multiple rains of terror in PvP, and has top tree dawn, the best counter to stasis in the crucible.
You just need to get better.

How does it even remotely counter stasis when you can insta freeze someone in Dawnblade? Also the only "reign of terror" Warlocks have had in D2 was the one month Nova Warp was broken. Meanwhile Wormcrutch Arcstrider, OEM Striker Titans, Gwisin Spectral Blades, these were all broken, overpowered subclasses/supers that dominated the game for entire seasons.

Also, you forgot these: -HHSN con traverse hold - they had the entirety of season of arrivals by the but with top tree dawn - 2 weeks ago they had the first and second best melees In the game I can go on, but you get my point. I would also like to add that those examples you posted lasted 1-2 weeks, while top tree dawnblade alone has lasted about 10 weeks. Try again.

That exotic was a reward for beating the Warmind campaign on a Hunter (in other words everyone had it), and it wasn't nerfed until nearly the end of the season. That's nearly 4 months(seasons were longer year one). Gwisin Spectral lasted way too long for multiple seasons, which is why it was eventually toned down. The bug that took it over the top only lasted about 3 weeks, yes, but the subclass itself still dominated. There's a reason middle tree void Hunter has statistically had the best K/D and the most playtime almost every season(look it up, there are sites that track these things) since Forsaken. And dear God, One Eyed Mask Striker Titans. The epitome of playing on easy mode. That combo remained untouched for many seasons. You do realize people were abusing that for a good 9 months before the outcry became so much that Bungie was finally forced to deal with it? Bungie didn't finally do something about it until the season it became by far the most popular subclass, which took a while. Handheld was the only good thing that subclass had going for it, and even then, the only people that died to it were shotgun apes. Unfortunately the apes are the majority, so they whined and cried about it until it got absolutely neutered (Bungie literally nerfed it in 5 ways). Now voidlock is statistically the most underperforming subclass in Crucible. Lmao what? Top tree dawn isn't even the most popular subclass, and it sure as hell doesn't have the best stats currently. Stasis Hunters and Titans are dominating Crucible currently. And last season there were nearly 1.5x as many Spectral users than Dawnblade users. With their K/D's being very similar. Keep in mind, that's the only Warlock subclass that can compete with the best Hunters have to offer. There are only 2 decent Warlock subclasses, that and Stasis. Hunters have 8 that are powerful in PvP, including Stasis. So Warlocks finally have one subclass that can compete with the character that has dominated Crucible almost every season since release, a subclass that's statistically still not the best, and that's a "reign of terror?" Lmao get real. There's a reason why everyone in my clan plays Hunter/Titan when we play comp.

Imagine not knowing how to counter stasis. I went back to good ole top-tree dawn after honeymoon period finished with stasis. And I’ve noticed a lot more warlocks went back to top trees or meme beams. And it’s working havoc in crucible still despite all the stasis icing up the place. One trick to counter stasis. And it works on all three classes, it’s called don’t be a bot and learn to bait and switch. Ps: imagine a snow globe sucked you out into the open. Icarus dash back in cover easily

Oh yeh I forgot that icarus dash is the only mobility ability that works when ur in the snow globe.
