Is trials just a political views push now? Apparently big words scare people so there’s the dumbed down question.

I will get flack for this post, I don't care. They laughed at Noah for building a boat too, until it was too late.
-
Its not political its just horribly bad awful writing. From the first time saint and Osiris are in the lore they were written as brothers. To just flip it and say they're gay is lazy and forced especially considering it was just a Twitter post saying they're gay and not put in the actual in game lore.

what in the f*** did i just read.

8 RespuestasOf all the stupid things I've read on here today this just tops it. Please just leave, your homophobic views have no place in this community or this world. 🤦♂️

This is probably the most nuclear take I have seen. I actually pity you.
-
Is trials just a political views push and is it fine having that inside a game for the mascots for its competitive PvP?
-
So basically you’re saying the Flawless title is a giant pride flag now?
-
49 RespuestasWhat. The. Hell. The characters being gay does not mean the crucible mode they run is about supporting gay rights. Are you actually insane?
-
Dude, what
-
So now that you’ve been downvoted to hell, and not a single person has agreed with you, have you considered that maybe it’s you that’s wrong, and not literally everyone else?

3 RespuestasWhat are you even talking about

So report for being homophobic? Yes

Imbecilic post made by an imbecile. Kudos!

I do not feel that the title of Flawless represents anything but your ability and triumphs within the Trials of Osiris - I think this view is shared by the vast majority of players.

I thought this was going to be a thread about Cheats, I mean Trials, being disabled because of a glitch that allows people to....cheat. (Cheats dropped because of cheaters, I never thought I'd see the day lol. It should be this way every week given what happens in that playlist...recoveries, teams causing other teams to lag out, hacks, lobby rigging for 0 kill wins etc.) How wrong was I lol!!!!
-
Holy hell if you deep it this much you need help
-
so you are saying you dont want to be flawless now because the npcs are gay. Pls delete the game people like you ruin everything.
-
Lol omg 🤦🏻♀️
-
I think..... you’re over thinking this, relax and enjoy the game 😷

and the point of this useless post?

17 Respuestas
With the new found education of Saint and Osiris being brought up, what now is going to happen for all the Flawless guardians? The group of try hard people who put in the effort and work to get, in my opinion and many others opinion, one of the most prestigious titles. Seeing that now instead of it being just a title of hard work, it shows support towards a political movement. In a game where it should just be for fun and bragging rights, why would this need to be a thing that needs pushed. From myself and everyone I have talked to about this, the news of Saint and Osiris is honestly a great thing. However from the Flawless buddies I have and myself, the title instead of portraying an award, now seems to portray a political movement. Understandable this can be taken in many ways, some may be offended and some may not, but the main point to get across is that a title needs to feel like an achievement, not a political pin. The reason for this feeling of politics in this title, is one of the required objectives for the title is considered being a veteran disciple to Osiris, meaning to follow him in a sense, hence why now the title is showing a political movement instead of an achievement. Personally I know a lot of people don’t want to worry about politics and standpoints in their favorite game. Instead let’s leave politics aside, leave titles as an award and have the game be fun and interesting lKingOfSpadesl
Downvoted plus reported. 1) The only person who is confusing a minor point in the lore with the Flawless title is you. These two things are not related. 2) Being gay isn’t a political movement. 3) Having the flawless title wont make someone gay. 4) Ignorant prejudice on this level is exactly why it’s a positive thing for equality to allow artists to honestly reflect the real world in their art. In this case it’s writing stories for a video game. They are gay, it’s okay, just accept this thing that doesn’t effect you in anyway and move on.

2 Respuestasit's hard because now alot of things have become political. LGBT so no different. ngl i did lol at this but then i did think that sadly your right, in some shape and form. if i do ever get it, it will not mean that, it will mean what it has all was been since the days of d1.

11 RespuestasWhat the actual shit does winning seven matches of 3v3 Elim in a first person shooter PvP experience have ANYTHING to do with a minor lore point? Seriously, did you even think this through before you typed it? “Saint is gay so clearly having the Flawless title means you support gay people?” Bruh.
-
We all know what the final requirement for the title...7 minutes in the dark closet with with either ST-14 or Osiris..it’s ok what happens at the light house stays at the light house.

13 RespuestasWhat are you on about? The Flawless title is still prestigious and not politically motivated at all. Two fictional characters preferences don't diminish the value of the title. If that happens to diminish your achievements...that's a you problem.
