I have unlocked Adored, but didn't get the Crucible ornament which I should have since that was the one I selected from Banshee. As you can see from the image, I had to pick up the quest from Shaxx like the others I needed from Zavala and Drifter. Now I have to redo the quest which is unfortunate.
