Loaded into Exodus Crash at the Glade of Echoes and the prompt is to reach the aft of the ship. Except, the Fallen Skiff that is supposed to drop the walker is just hanging in the air and shooting. This means no walker spawns and the strike can't progress. So I leave that strike and try to do it again fresh but then the second instance has the same exact problem! Possible related: I had to try 4 times of reloading the area to get a walker to spawn during Risk/Reward.
