I am having an account issue that only affects my account on Steam. It does not affect an alternate account on the same pc, and DOES affect the same account logged in on a completely different PC.
There are settings that are not locally stored that get applied just after you 'Sign In' after the opening screen (like fov, mouse settings).
Right after this point all my recording and streaming cuts out to a black screen/no screen at all. I have tried desktop, window, etc. recording with software that is all compliant with Destiny (eg Streamlabs).
Using the exact same settings as my main account, my alt account and brother's account on Steam works without a hitch but MY account on my brothers pc does not work. What??
This indicates my specific account has corrupt or incorrect data on Bungie's server end. I have also had issues with settings not saving correctly, also pointing to this issue.
I have deleted my cvars.xml as well as uninstalling my game multiple times, as well as resetting my PC (which I did also today for a different reason).

1 RespuestaHey there! So it seems to me you have been having trouble for quite a long time based off of your previous posts. Do you happen to crash when playing? If so, next time your game crashes, could you paste your DxDiag here? I will see what I am able to offer. You can find this by doing the following:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com) to paste the information. • Create a link and post it here.
4 RespuestasThis issue can be caused by a mismatch of where your settings/preferences are saved. Destiny 2 has two options, local or cloud. This setting is account-based and may explain why you are seeing it only on one account but on multiple PCs. Other users would not share your settings, even on the same PC as all settings are saved on user account basis. I would first check whether you have your preferences set to as local or cloud from your in-game settings, it's called "Key Binding Storage" in "Keyboard/Mouse" section. The default is account, but can be changed to local. If it is local, deleting the cvars file should allow you to reset all settings and then save them again locally. After this, you can switch it to account and it should update with the latest settings.

5 RespuestasAre Steam’s client settings universal when you set them or do they change based on what account you are logged into (I only have one account so I don’t have experience)? Is it possible that you have some settings within steam that are messing up D2 like overlay, optimizations ect.? Just another train of thought.
