2/3 of characters gone + Most of my exotics
Hey! Stated playing destiny again on my ps4(not sure if the post belongs here or in console) after some time off, My CD player stopped working on ps4 so I had to delete/download destiny again so i bought forsaken/shadowkeep pack at the same time.
When i start the game My Warlock was there +semi filled vault 200/500 but Hunter and Titan was gone,instead i had 2 warlocks with some exotics on both but nothing on the titan and the hunter was gone!
Im missing ALOT of exotics!
I had reset my PSN account info(not new just new email bound to it) so not sure if that have somthing to do with it, but since i have some exotics and alot of saved legendary weapons and armor + silver/dust/ships etc i dont understand why some things are gone some are not.
I need help!

Unfortunately characters are only deleted manually. Someone physically deleted them on the character selection screen

2 RespuestasHey there! According to the API, you only had one character deleted with a playtime of 2h 16m. Characters can only be manually deleted by someone having access to your account. It is not recommended that you give your console account information to anyone. I highly suggest that you enable some extra security measures to prevent unauthorized access such as 2FA. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12718 Unfortunately, whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized access, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters. 2 RespuestasAre you sure no one has cross saved your account. It could be a possibility that you cross saved with someone else’s account

1 RespuestaOkay so if you haven’t played the game for a while there have been issues throughout the seasons such as missing silver and other currencies. I’m not so sure about the characters but I bet if you contact someone about your missing currencies they can do some research and get you your missing currencies back

4 RespuestasIt also could be possible that when you redownloded the game it went to a backup save and that was your backup save it loaded on
