Rework Felwinter's Helm to be where the melee kill is, not where the Guardian is
It lets this exotic utilize Ball Lightning and Celestial Fire Better, and it wouldn't affect the other side where actual melee's are

I have a feeling it was to do with the hit box being disjointed from the player, so it would lose the parent functions. I agree though
