Your Lives Matter!: Why are you still here complaining?
These days the forums are littered with posts complaining about obvious issues with the game, the VAST majority of which go unanswered on or outside of the forums. It's pretty obvious that the devs of this game don't care about your input, feedback, ideas, or complaints. Why are you still complaining? More importantly, why are you still playing? Look at some of the issues they've purposely ignored:
- Sunsetting weapons and armor.
- Vaulting content that you paid for and started grinding for.
- Promising far less content than what will be vaulted in November.
- What becomes of planetary materials from vaulted planets.
- What use is the 'Collection' now if most of its content will be sunset.
- The grind to max power being grindy and very boring.
- Your [i]power[/i] level being meaningless yet still required for new content.
- Pinnacle drops going to the same slot over, and over, and over again!
- The trash bin that is crucible as a whole.
- The trash heap that is trials of the trash.
- Being forced to play trashial for this year's soltice armor.
- Warlocks being a weaker class in crucible.
- Warlock's Nova Warp being useless.
- That the game is grindy, boring, too bounty-centric.
- P2P/Connection Based Matchmaking being super frustrating and unfair.
- That the game is boring as a whole due to lack of 'real' content - 'bounties' don't count.
- [b]That your grind doesn't matter because the stuff you grind for will get sunset or nerfed sooner than later[/b].
- [b]Completely ignoring those concerns TWAB after TWAB after TWAB![/b]
Those are just a FEW issues that are constantly circulating on these forums and go [b]completely[/b] ignored by the devs. God forbid you say 'blue lives matter' (whether for or against), they'll be on you like white on rice!
Ultimately this game is honestly a punishment, a chore, and a bore all in one. Why put yourself through this when there are great games out there!? I've personally come to that conclusion and decided to delete the game altogether, for the first time since downloading it, since launch. Your time and efforts are not being rewarded. Your time and efforts matter. I challenge you to do what I did: Delete!

Edit: The Bungie Defense Force is in full effect! Lol! They can't accept ANY criticism of the game even when you tell others it's more productive to stop playing the game instead of making complaints that continuously fall on deaf ears, they can't take it!

3 RespuestasPeople saying that sunsetting "has to happen" is naive and just utterly stupid. The logic behind sunsetting .... i should say "excuse".... was of "power creep." The weapons themselves are not OP. Its the perks that make them OP... take Demolitionist mixed w Trench Barrel on Saint XIV. For PvE, that combo is stupid good. But then the EP Shotgun w only Trench Barrel is being sunset. Ummm why?? Not a single weapon from Y1 should be sunset as they contribute to absolutely zero to the "power creep" BS. For some players, the nostalgia of having weapons that newer players can't obtain is trophy-like. And to be able to still use them effectively in high-end stuff is also pretty cool. Oh but you get to use them on planets that are being deleted.👍👍 had i known the game I PURCHASED was going to be erased after 3000 hours of game play thanks to some fat garden gnome neck-beard, i never woulda wasted money on this trash. But we all know the real reason to sunset is to manipulate player hours and have them refarm all new gear. They sell this to the blind and stupid like its some type of fun thing to do and for which it needs to happen anyway (a lie). Anything to up player hours for their investors is the key here. Hours = money. And love it or hate it, THAT is the reality of the game. Its up to you if you wanna deal with it.

1 Respuesta1) These "issues" are not all issues to everyone, some are blatant lies, some have false info, some are just a difference of opinion. 2) A lot of these either have been discussed, are going to be discussed or do not need discussing. The world isnt ending in a week, let them discuss it when they want. 3) 90% of bungie forum posts quite honestly stupid. Everyone knows its the worst place for genuine feedback and criciticsm, just look at the front page. 50% of that is either BS lie or the title is longer than the post itself lmfao. People just cry all day because they have nothing better to do. 4) Dont tell people how to spend their money or what game to play. Kindly -blam!- off :)

25 RespuestasIf you don’t like the direction the game is going. Don’t play. That’s what will make bungie listen to you. Worked in Y1 when the game nearly died, didn’t it? So if you don’t like the direction bungie is taking, stop giving them your time. That includes using this forum. I don’t go shitting on my favorite musicians when they release a new album I don’t like. I just don’t listen to it and check out the next album. Going off about how terrible it is online just makes you look toxic and seem like you want to ruin it for those that are enjoying it.

13 RespuestasYour feedback does not matter, because some of the “issues” you have is a “you” problem. Sunsetting- it is happening what’s “your” problem understanding. Vaulting content, and being replaced with less- this is once again what they have decided to do. Most the community does not go and patrol Titan, Mercury, Io or Mars. They have the statistics, you think they would know. Trash crucible- still gets half the community going into it. Trials- still has players. Not dead. Materials associated with vaulted destinations- has been mentioned they will discuss in time, either was posted on Twitter, Reddit, or these forums. Can’t remember what your other complaints are, but they all break down to a “you” issue. All these complaints about upcoming content, and what not. We are still over two months away. They never tell you everything before a new DLC, because they like us to find out and discover things.

Destiny has been free for a while, and first two dlc have been free longer. Majority of the vaulted content (planets) are barely used and criticized anyways. "Oh i have to go to the same planet and do the same thing for this quest step" is one of many complaints I have seen way before sunsetting. Let the game expand with purpose in its world. - less content in November doesn't mean less content overall. With the direction the game knows it wants to head in (two more years of planned gameplay) more content will slowly be added. Mars, mercury were not in the base game. Many activities were not in the base game. Let them expand over time with free [i]and[/i] payed updates like they do. - guess is as good as mine, maybe they will discuss it soon so hold on to the material. - the collection was only useful for holding year 1 weapons/armor and exotics. Never useful for year 2 random rolls so nothing changes. - the grind to soft cap is easy, the grind to hard cap varies. You say its borning but are you engaging in pinnacle activities? This season we had about 4 easy pinnacle drops, i got to experience doing nightfall above legend, did 2 dungeons and even did nightmare hunts. Very fun for me, still need to do GoS tho. - power levels aren't meaningless considering i can breeze through prophecy dungeon at my current light when I could barely survive at 135. - crucible is pretty great imo don't see a big problem but you're opinion - you aren't forced to play anything, infact bungie didn't even give you a time limit on when you can complete the objectives on solstice final set. - warlocks are not weak bruh, just like the other two classes in the game some subclasses need a buff. Atm top tree dawn blade is one of the best roaming supers. Nova warp isn't as bad as everyone things. Grenade handheld, yes is bad but super isn't especially now compared to its previous nerfs. - they already addressed the bounty problem scratch that of your list, in fact a lot of things people complaining about stuff as been answered by Bungie. The game being grinding/borning could be because you need to ( do to this planet and do this mission and kill this enemy) yet you want those planets to stay? At least give them a chance to expand their content better, heck you don't even have to buy their dlc just wait for reviews. - you already talked about the game being borning, they're adding new content so why complain when they take away old content. - The grind matters in the moment. You probably gridned weapons from forsaken and use very few now if you still play. I play with a loadout that isn't obtainable if you played forsaken back then because weapons i have now are better. Sunsetting should barely affect majority of youre gear except the ones you use the most. Honestly you don't like the game don't play it. Seriously this isn't hating or calling you out just Don't play it. Can you honestly tell every game you have you still play? If you didn't stick around with them why stick around with Destiny?

They aren’t Bungie employees and have nothing to do with the game. They simply moderate the forums. Community managers and Devs have official accounts to comment on the game and they don’t do it. Moderators lock or remove those posts because it is their role to enforce the CoC that is broken by those posts which are nothing more than an excuse to cause disruption to the forum which is here to discuss the game. The feedback forum is for players to give feedback to Bungie, not to address other players.

I don’t really see a response to any of these that wouldn’t incite a riot in some form or another so might as well just ignore most of it. Other points like materials could certainly use an explanation, but I assume we’ll get those closer to launch. People are going to play it or not and at this point Bungie is taking what they can get. Easier to piss a few people off saying nothing than pissing everyone off telling the truth.
