I'm just curious. This is their forum. Yet they are nowhere to be seen. "Community managers" lol what joke. Terrible customer service.

3 RespuestasI like how Spawn buried this to companionapp despite it having literally nothing to do with the app.

They barely reply on reddit as well now too. Maybe 1 or 2 times every so often. They must be trying to not hype the new expansion because they know how light on content it really will be. Which is why they named it Beyond Light , it's not reffering to not using light any more, it's reffering to the amount of content in there

4 Respuestas
I'm just curious. This is their forum. Yet they are nowhere to be seen. "Community managers" lol what joke. Terrible customer service.
Incoming, the ones that think this company can do no wrong.
"The forum is toxic"

"The forum is a cesspool"

"You'll are haters"
The list goes on but they refuse to look at the truth about how many times this company has made promises they couldn't keep or never planned on keeping. Or how many times they deliberately misslead the player base or straight out lied over the years especially with this game. Putting the shop and their streamers way above everything else the last 3 years. They even asked us to pay them couch potatoes, etc... So when it comes to this forum, this company is as much at fault for this forum being the way it is and that is a fact. The truth to all this? If this company actually knew how to communicate, and the game was in a better place like it was with forsaken before the masterwork cores were charged to enhancement cores? There wouldn't be so many complaints.

4 RespuestasI wouldn't reply on here if I was Bungie either.

2 RespuestasEditado por Wheelaa1: 8/3/2020 3:25:38 PMWe're not at that part of the Bungo cycle yet. (Please note that every reference below to 'new' actually means 'new and recycled') Remember, it wasn't that long back since we got a new raft of promises that the future will be amazing, we are listening, D2 will be the best it's ever been, please pre-order more of the same, kthxbye. Now we are in the lull where that brief buzz has died down, Bungo has nothing immediate to sell, and Bungo feel they have done enough to stave off the recent contempt for the game with their shallow promises that never come to fruition. Nearer the next money grab Bungo will speak up again, telling us all how amazing it is / will be etc, while continuing to ignore concerns and ideas. New content will drop. A few weeks in the communty will realise how poor it is. Grumbles start. Bungo say nothing. Bungo change stuff up for the worse to coincide with a new season drop. Grumbles increase. Bungo are fingers in ears. Grumbling reaches fever point, Bungo start to communicate, we are listening, we will improve (at this point we are half way through a Destiny year). New season, more grumbles, more silence, new season / event, more grumbles, more silence. New paid expansion coming, PR offensive, the future will be amazing, we are listening, D2 will be the best it's ever been, please pre-order more of the same, kthxbye.

You all are ignoring the absolute speedy responses they give [whenever a hack is uncovered]. They absolutely monitor the forums! Soon as some hack trends to front page (example - forge farming) they are right on it.

Editado por kickmeh: 8/4/2020 8:59:12 AMtheyll show up around late september early october to push their november dlc which will make or break their game yet here we are again sound familiar with forsaken? this game is so inconsistent its sickening, these seasons are a joke and truly offer nothing that has substance and replayability other than a quick cash grab.

3 RespuestasThis isn’t a “forum” anymore... it’s an echo chamber of hatred and toxicity where only those that hate bungie are accepted. Them replying to anyone here would be such a massive waste of time....
-
They only show up when it's time to try and sell something
-
When they feel the need to sell they might show up here and there
-
1 RespuestaI would honestly have no problem with Bungie actively ignoring their own forums, but until they stop telling people in-game to come here for customer service, they are rightfully expected to do their jobs here.
-
they will appear when they need to sell the next expansion

Office of Vanguard Intel message traffic analysis detected a reply from Dmg04 on 07/04/30. Cozmo last reply was 06/30/20. We will continue to watch and listen from our Enceladus Argus array station.

What are they supposed to say? They’re set on what they have planned. They probably aren’t taking feedback.
-
Editado por UnpopularOpinion: 8/4/2020 1:27:31 AMWhat do you expect them to say? Sunsetting - literally the only relevant topic I´ve seen for weeks here - is already in effect, people are already grinding good rolls of the new armour and weapons for that exact reason. If everyone was able to keep their gear forever, nobody would be interested in the new loot, but grinding for new stuff is what keeps games like Destiny alive. They will never undo this change.
-
They don't even need to look at the forums. They have these power hungry (yes, I said powerhungry - I've seen it and experienced it) fanboys to 'ninja' the forums for them free of charge. Before anyone says it - yes the forums are a cesspool of toxicity 90% of the time but I really wonder if a lot of that is due to lack of actual engagement. You will always have naysayers and trolls and so on, but a lot of posts on here come from a place of frustration and you have to feel that if there was some type of active acknowlegement and discussion with the developer of the game, things would likely be a lot better on here. I do wonder - what do community managers actually do? Post the odd thing on twitter? The truly laughable thing is this company won an award just last year for best community support. This is from a company that gives you literally no in-game support (think of other live service games where you can raise tickets and actually speak with someone) and the only way to contact them is on a forum that's barely looked at. Even funnier, it was really the directors cut that Luke put out that won them that award, even though it was barely coherent at times and could easily have said the same thing in half the word count. Anyway, if you're expecting a Bungie response to your thread, don't hold your breath.

It’s been 84 years....

Editado por Oryrk: 8/3/2020 10:53:07 PMThe managers clearly aren't allowed to actually say anything till it passes Bungie approval an or is just a meme or getting facts about crayons wrong

Gotta be one of the cool kids on Twitter with a black spot as your profile pic or a “content creator” for dmg to notice you.
-
They spent so much time with developers relaying our feedback, they got lazy too.
-
I mean I dont think they have any important things to share :/ thats not already in the TWAB. Im pretty sure they have been made aware of cheating. A lot of games are struggling with cheating because tech is improving.
