Perhaps we could show a little apprecation in these mad times, I like this season and especially Umbral Engrams. I never had so many Legendary shards lol. :D

8 RespuestasDamn, lots of people have incredibly looooooooow standards to upvotes this. This season blows. It's only a tiny tiny little bit better than last season and that's not saying much. Every season since shadowkeep came out has been bad.

I bought SK with latest season in a sale..Played it for a few days and thought to myself what an overbearing pile of turd this game has sadly become.

I bought the season pass as a message of satisfaction to bungie. I really enjoy ruinous effigy (edit: not the quest though), and the hunt for the eyes/catalyst. I also enjoy the new exotic GL even if the 100 GL finishing blows in pvp seem out of reach for me. I started as a 980, I’m already past 1025 after a little more than 2 days. The umbral engram system is good and makes getting 8 energy weapons as pinnacle rewards in a row less depressing even if I totally lost motivation to complete them now. I still haven’t played the new dungeon but I’m looking forward to it! I got my money’s worth already. A feeling I didn’t have since a very long time. I looked at beyond light, I find 70euros a little expensive for a DLC. However if this season is an appetizer, I might be into buying it. I’ll wait for it to release to find out if this season was actually a bait!

Thanks for all the votes guys. :) With that said I really like the umbral engrams, now you can choose what to get for your farming. Im suprised there hasn't been more positive posts about that imo. Now I would like to be able to reroll stats too, that would be awesome. I hope they try out that for a season, a reroll station or tool.

<Yeah, I do. I still have problems with the broken-since-Forsaken economy and the seasonal model in general, but overall I'm enjoying this. Haven't had this much drive to play Destiny seriously in almost a year that didn't involve chasing armor ornaments. I'm having... what was the word? FUN? Prophecy is dope, the story so far is, well, seasonally average but with a fitting tone for once. The lore is good as always and -blam!- me the environmental team is on their A game.>

The only content worth playing this season is the dungeon, and even that is boring after a few runs.. bungie is running out of time to amaze players, and get them excited for the fall.

It’s a step up from previous seasons, but it’s still lackluster with such a small amount of content. The seasonal model would work so much better if the core activities like strikes, Trials, raids, patrols, etc were in a better spot and had much more replayability.

The Trinity Ghoul catalyst got me farming strikes again for no other reason than to see trash mobs doing electric backflips. Powerful weapons make boring things fun Bungie, take note. Now Malfeasance.

Last season I couldn’t even get to rank 3. Rank 51 this season That’s probably about all I will muster . Season of opulence was good if not a great season . Season of arrivals is mediocre at best. Is it better than last season yeah it appears so. That’s not saying that much . I will say the re-caster and the loot chase are fun. The new swords are amazing ! Other than that there’s really not much to see or do. :(

It's a decent way to farm for Umbral Engrams, sure, but I can't say I'm having as much fun as I'd like for playing another repetitive seasonal activity. Granted, every single time you start one, it's not guaranteed to always be the same scenario. I think it does a better job shaking things up than Seraph Tower and Vex Offensive (though VO still had better reward incentive in my opinion). It's only required weekly for a few quests and you don't have to keep grinding it a huge amount in a boring fashion just to get at the new seasonal loot, unlike Seraph Tower (really disliked that event). The Prophecy Dungeon is cool. I think until it becomes really outdated, it should stay. Some of the... loot reissues are a bit annoying to see, especially when most of the weapons don't have anything new going for them besides their power cap. There are opportunities to update them, Bungie. ...Basically, I think this season is okay. It [i]might[/i] be an improvement from last season. That sounds debatable, I know.

Editado por elite9Jay: 7/17/2020 1:07:24 AMI’m kinda like this season but at the same time I dont and that’s mainly because of the dungeon and it’s reward system because before what you get on your first run is what you’ll get for the rest of the runs you do the same week, now I think they changed it so now it’s always random except for the moonfang armor and the first run I did this week was the first time I got the smg and shotgun and I was so happy because I thought I would be able to farm it to get different rolls but now I can’t because now you get different rewards

4 RespuestasI neither like or dislike the season. I did like the new Dungeon when it first dropped. I dont like the repeat rng on weekly pinnacles. Being after certain items to level up and constantly getting everything but those items has made me lose alot of interest in running most activities each week now unfortunately. Might take a break soon I think 🙂

Overall a good season! Comparable to season of the worthy. The umbrella refocusing system is a great addition, the exotics are powerful and unique, the story pieces that previously seemed unrelated are coming together, and the activities are decent. There's room for improvement, but overall I like the direction things are headed in
