Accounts being banned for no reason and poor comunication a help from bungie
So my friend was playing Destiny 2 and he got banned, he's name is FREDPOCOPT. What shocked me was that he played since Destiny 1 and he was one of the people that really tried to play the game and figure out things by himself. He played in Steam, had like 700 hours or more. He reached Bungie and the response gave 0 information about the ban, did not respond what he asked and on top of that they said that wouldn´t respond anymore. Sincerely, a player that bought every expansion in the game spend a lot of money in season passes and all, and all u give him is 0 information and support? And i can see he is not the only one, dozens of players in forums and platforms had this issue and Bungie didn't do anything. I hope i get a response with information since i spent money in the game, and also hope i dont get banned for sending a ticket too. Thank you in advance.

Bungie rarely responds to bans but they do check before they ban sooo he deserved it.

Bungie doesn’t ban people lightly, they have tons of evidence against those that do cheat. If someone gets banned they are guilty 99.9% of the time, now your friend “might” be in the 0.1 percent but I doubt it. Either they cheated, have cheats on the PC itself (Doesn’t matter if they were used or not) or they regularly play with those that cheat. They don’t need to communicate with those that are banned as nearly always they are in the right while banning people

3 Respuestasi dont play on pc. i dont say this as fact. i have heard that if you have certain software installed on your pc it can result in a ban regardless of its use. bans arent first response. suspensions come first. then bans.

I think it’s bounties policy to not respond to the un ban me stuff. It’s like how if you make a forum post saying unban me.......... then it gets locked and a mod says they ain’t taking yo sh%t. If he did cheat he deserved it and Bungie shouldn’t respond if it were up to me
