And randoms should face randoms.
Plain and simple.

1 Respuestaa six stack should not be put against 6 randoms.
-
True, too true, but then bungie would have to listen.

1 RespuestaEditado por franram: 7/4/2020 8:52:11 AMQuick question. How will eververse benefit from this?
-
Y'all lil stacked bees have the Iron Banner. Stack, stack, stack, thats all it is. Yeah I'm hating
-
11 RespuestasIn a perfect world that would be the case. But Bungie is obviously willing to preferentially cater to larger groups over solo players. Also, you KNOW at least some of those stacks actively dodge other stacks in matchmaking. It's kind of sad how contemptuously "elite" players act towards others given that the vast majority of the time they just want to stomp people well below their skill level.
-
Out of all my IB games played for today. I only matched up once against a 6stack vs 6stack... we toasted them. But agreed, definitely at least mix it up for people in parties.
-
12 RespuestasMake...your...own...fireteam. I know you're a father of 23 who only gets 12 seconds of gaming time a month... Stop whining.
-
i dont think the matchmaking algorithm is able to determine how many players are in a given fireteam per match. for example. if you in a 6 stack the game WILL look for another fireteam prebuilt. however it cant determine when its enough, as you will sometimes run into 2 teams of 3 or 3 teams of 2 etc. i think it just cant handle it. not to mention peer to peer connection... in 2020

16 RespuestasEditado por BiggDogg10: 7/1/2020 5:04:05 AMCBMM is a big pile of dog shit that someone vomited on. The current state of crucible/IB is the worst it has ever been.

1 RespuestaIf I face a stack of 4 or more, I just dip lmao

14 RespuestasBut how will the streamers show off if they cant slaughter random newbs?

11 RespuestasThere is no way to stress this enough...it's a joke in iron banner right now

6 RespuestasI agree with this. There needs to be an Iron Banner freelance playlist. The matches aren’t even close. Either your stomping or being stomped and 90% of the time it’s the second thing.
-
I know when I play wargaming games they put teams together and solos together or a combination so it’s not one sided I wish bungie would do this too
-
1 RespuestaEVERYTHING should have a solo queue!
-
I tea bag full fire teams and bust out the cringe emote. Had a 4 man team hunting me down. It was hilarious
-
Yes its terrible this season
-
Editado por Yamr3: 7/2/2020 2:29:13 PMI agree with this. Either they go against fireteams only or place them on a 45 / 60 - 90 second wait time between matches to find them another stack to go against. If the matchmaker can't find another stack for them to play against, then it places them with duos and trios before placing them with randoms. I know this seems harsh to players that play grouped up but on the receiving end of playing against stacks, it's not fun, it's not entertaining, it's not challenging "fun" but it is straight up frustrating.
-
Never in the history of Destiny has a 6 man fire team faced another 6 man fire team 🤣
-
1 RespuestaI think it would be cool to have a sever that would team balance by splitting up fireteams. This could be every match or at random. Its fun to fight your friends sometimes.
-
Ya'll wouldn't have survived FPS games in the 90s...

2 RespuestasSecond reply here because I noticed a trend in the replies that's just pathetic. Stacks exist INDEPENDENT FROM CBMM OR SBMM. Stacks didn't just sprout up outta the ground because CBMM was implemented. They've been in the game from the start. The only difference is under SBMM, slightly above average and average players matched stacks more because stacks are good players. Plain and simple. So below average players weren't matching true stacks as often. That's just how it is. Now under CBMM, EVERYONE (rather than the top 30-40% under SBMM) is getting a taste of how teams skew lobby balancing and how true six stacks are just downright annoying. So those of you saying SBMM prevented stacks are just blind to the experience of those around you. SBMM didn't eliminate stacks. It just focused them into a skill bracket you weren't in to begin with (no offense). Now since there's a larger variety of skill match to match under CBMM, the team balancing may be more skewed than before, but at least the stacks are distributed across the playerbase rather than focused into less than half of it. In a perfect world, teams of 0.8 K/D guys would get CBMM while a squad of "2.5 K/D+ IB Farm" LFG sweats would match another team with the same mentality. But it is what it is.
-
5 RespuestasYou know, you guys can check the roster while matchmaking , if its a 6 stack Just back out and start a new match. Problem solved.
-
I have the same frustration when got stomped by team but then i think about the peoples who never play Crucible and want to team up to get a chance to have fun. So i told myself - yeah why not find myself a team as well. Because matching team with team will take time and destroy the balance of matchmaking. It's not as plain as simple that i think. Fireteam can stomp but me never die without taking one or two down from that team with me.

2 RespuestasNot with this limited and diminishing playerbase.
