Keep it the way it was thats what made this gun so iconic and memorable what your doing to hawkmoon by destroying the random damage it can do is killing a weapon everyone loved
-
6 RespuestasHow about they make new exotics instead of recycling D1 exotics? There are already half of the exotics from D1 in D2 now, which is lazy as hell.
-
8 RespuestasI didn't love the random damage. Rng changing my odds of victory when fighting against one using it or using it myself is honestly not my idea of fun. Them giving it a more stable overall perk I think will be better for the gun so long as it's actually useful. If they aren't doing away with the rng entirely, maybe they will give the rounds like super magnetism...but i don't like the sound of that either... It's not my type of gun so don't let me spoil your fun if you enjoy it.
-
You don’t even know what they’re doing yet, chill out
-
Hawkmoon = RNG the gun That's all it ever was.
-
3 RespuestasOh...they will f##k it to high heaven, because that is what budgie does best. P.S And steal your cash.
-
1 RespuestaI don’t think a ton of people will enjoy getting one shotted randomly by a handcannon. I feel the gun should get overhauled and made better instead of simply allowing it to one shot randomly
-
It’s appearance was iconic I guess. It’s perk was just braindead.
-
Just pretend it isn't called Hawkmoon. There you go, all better now.
-
1 RespuestaJust don't bring it back. We have far too many worthless exotic hand cannons ...
-
I think they could make it work, but they'll have to do it right.

6 RespuestasBungie will bring Hawkmoon back with 8 rounds in the magazine as a 110rpm without Luck in the Chamber and just have Holding Aces, but for it to work: You have to get a precision kill which will grant 2 extra damage bullets randomly within the mag upon your next reload. Hawkmoon will be likely an Exotic Quest, but possibly a world drop. The catalyst would bump up the magazine to 11 rounds and grant Luck in the Chamber, which you'd just have a random extra damage bullet in each mag. The catalyst will only be obtainable in the new Europa raid as a random drop from any encounter. It'll have an increased drop rate from the final boss. To progress the catalyst, you'll have to get kills with Hawkmoon which will be around 500 kills. As far as stats: Damage: 92 Range: 65 Stability: 34 Handling:35 Reload: 35 RPM: 110 AA: 75 Zoom: 20 Recoil direction (right): 75 Perks: Full Bore Hammer-forged rifling Pulse monitor Holding Aces Catalyst- Beneath the Silver Moon: adds three bullets to the magazine from 8 to 11 and grants Luck in the Chamber

2 RespuestasEnough with the -blam!-ing hand Cannon Exotics nobody asked for more of them.
-
I don't even get the point of removing that perk for lucky shot that happens once in a while. What made Hawkmoon meta at that time was the insane range on it which made it so you didn't need to switch weapons with Bungie's little maps. Therefore, it caused more lucky shots to happen to some, that's was it. Making the range similar or just little better (since it's an exotic) would be enough for it not to be OP.
-
Yeah right. It will come back and be nerfed in a week just like the new grenade launcher. That’s if it comes back at its original stats when the game started. They nerfed it and it want the same.
-
I just thought of something what if it comes back with the same perks as lunas howl and not forgotten except it's the unnerfed version where precision damage is actually increased?
-
LEAVE HAWKMOON IN D1 There you go fixed it for you
-
Leave it alone...keep it in D1.
-
It will be a regular 110, will be trash on controller
-
Lol they already nerfed it in D1.
-
1 RespuestaIs hawk moon in the game?
-
I wouldn’t worry too much about it. They took away Last Words double damage, precision hip fire damage years ago and it was still a Masterpiece. I mean look at Thorn. They made it tick for what, like 3 damage like Destiny 1 but they did it justice with the Soul Devour pick ups letting it live up to its D1 Y1 legacy. They’ll do it justice
-
3 RespuestasThere is no need to over react just yet. While I am disappointed that it is getting changed, think about it, had they kept luck in the chamber the number of screams for nerfs would be insane. Hawkmoon was a beast in D1, it would be way overpowered in D2. Let’s just hope whatever it’s new perk is is just as good if not better in versatility.
-
1 Respuestayeah dude, let's just -blam!-ing remake Destiny without changing shit and call it Destiny 2, great idea
-
1 RespuestaPre-crying. Nice.
-
3 Respuestasthat Means they DO need to adjust hawkmoon
-
3 RespuestasWhat did they do to it thats soo bad?
