Last week after completing the Means to an End quest on one of my characters I received the same quest on that same character as soon as I completed it. My map acted like I had the quest and when going to the Recaster it had some dialog with the enter prompt to dismiss the dialog. Enter would not work, but if you pressed escape I could access the Recaster and carry on like normal. This did not happen on any of my other characters, just my main as I did the quest on all three possible characters. So, I waited this until this week to see what changed. I went to the Recaster with the bugged character and it offered me a powerful engram with the same text on the screen it showed me last week. I took the engram and it still says I should talk with the Recaster. Difference is that when I talk to the Recaster after this it does not even offer text, but instead goes right to the main Recaster screen. Let me know if more info is needed.
