@BungieHelp Has anyone found a solution or workaround? I'm looking for anything I can try to get this resolved. Right now I'm dead in the water. This started happening a few days ago after I was booted from a session. I've revoked privileges for all external apps and forced a logout across devices on all platforms, but it didn't change anything.
I saw a post that said bungie can reset on an individual basis so I'm wondering how I pursue that.
I've got a collection of consoles so I've been able to test out a couple of scenarios.
On my primary xbox one, I get the black screen/watercress error (eventually) after selecting a character. The error happens on all characters for this profile. I tried a [i]different[/i] profile and it all works fine on the same xbox. Its a bit frustrating that some of the notes/postings imply its a networking issue - it is NOT. I get ~170 download and things work depending on profile.
On a second xbox one, same exact behavior. Btw, this xbox is wired and gets ~450 download.
Also have a PS4...on that things work fine and I can access my main character. It's lonely, but I can do all the boring stuff. This is fine, except bungie now wants me to buy all the DLC again for the PS4 b/c i bought it all on the xbox.

2 RespuestasIt is a bug with bungies servers no troubleshooting step you do will make a difference, oh and there's the fact they don't care so you'll be waiting forever for a fix , some have had this issue for 8 weeks + , the only know work around is to cross play on a different platform
