Every time the player base gets low, they fire up a long ass TWAB promising everything wrong to be fixed. When they do(if at all), it either gets nerfed into hell or makes something else unplayable/unusable. We eat it up like the Picton Pigs EVERY DAMN TIME.

It was great that they basically admitted they don't actually deal with reports and that the cheat detection was out of date can't wait to hear the excuse that they still won't deal with either of those

I agree. I really do. But is this what Destiny has now become? We have to coax and compliment the bare minimum that bungie can do for Destiny... [i]outside of the game[/i]? Truthful, nothing has changed. Nothing will change til it's admitted there is a problem. Bungie's not doing that. Honestly, I personally still will not be in Trials. They had a long time to fix it. They bought themselves more time and did nothing. So yay, they've bought even more time to spend on Trials!!! Trials being a focus for years now is only weakening the rest of the game.

Has been for years, sure they'll fix a few things to keep people appeased and persuade some of those thinking of leaving to stay a while longer, but for many it's become a one way toxic relationship with no trust.

7 Respuestas😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 The fact that you believe bungo cares tells me you haven't been around that long. Bungo is scrambling to try to get players back in their game. Even streamers are bailing, D2 is(at last check) getting only 8K viewers on twitch. Players have moved on, so until the next big release and the next streamer summit bungo is going to placate as many players as possible with empty promises.

The grumbling subsides a little.* - Bungo go quiet again. - Bungo make poor decisions that lower the game's quality. - New content is poor, EV aside which is always overflowing with overpriced tat. - The game gets worse, the grumbling increases, Bungo are silent. - The game gets even worse as Bungo implement changes and decisions that even the most rapid fans have difficulty justifiying. - The games gets even worse, grumbling is massive, Bungo's silence is deafening. - Game gets even worse somehow and we find ourselves back "in that stage of the cycle where the game is so bad Bungo HAVE to speak up". * This is the point in the cycle where Bungo need to step up. They need to maintain regular dialogue with the players, and produce worthwhile content that engages players and improves the game. This is the point in the cycle we hope changes, but experience and history tell us all otherwise, and that any fixes / improvements that they may roll out over the next 6 months will only be undone over the next 6 months. Tl/dr - we're at that stage of the cycle, talking means nothing, the Bungo cycle of D2 disappointment needs to change or we'll see the exact same talk / no action next year!

3 RespuestasYear 1 had good TWABs when the game was in a bad state. History repeats itself within Destiny that it is tiring. Year 3 has sunk the game back to Year 1 levels of bad, the only difference is that the game was in a bad spot to begin with than returning to being in a bad spot.

Bungie seems to to these "we listen to you, we will take action" talks at times when the community have complained a lot. However, in the past, there have been some talk from Bungie, but not much action. Bungie does not listen much to the larger player base in the community - they fancy the streamers and 24/7 players. Granted, you cannot turn a ship on a dime - things take time to fix. But, there have been a lot of problems with Shadowkeep from the start, and it have been out for, what is it, a little over half a year now? So, it took half a year for Bungie to start talking about the issues. It will take a lot, lot longer to fix them (if they ever will)... There are countless threads about the issues, and how the players feel about the game right here on their own forums. So if Bungie is interested to know what the players feel about the game, and what they feel does not work in the game, they can find it all here. I think it is good that Bungie wrote this TWAB, and I hope for once they actually deliver what they promise. But seeing is believing - I don't believe their words before I actually see improvements to the game. Their TWAB is a start, but nothing more.

I for one really like this game, but it doesn’t mean I’m blind to the bad stuff. Cheaters ruining the crucible, the one PvP place I have fun (f u fortnite), error codes not letting people play, lack of loot incentive for Trials, masterworking armor is pretty much only for people who are 1,000 power over, who play for hours upon end. I don’t have that kind of time. I’m at 970 power, and ascendant shards only drop from the Legend or Master NF. So, we can offer them stuff to fix, and they will (hopefully) fix it. At least, if we complain politely. If you just rant and throw swear words like a 9 year old kid on CoD, they probably skip the comment.

As long as Bungie puts words into action and in a timely manner things will get better. They continue to give us hope in words but I find lack on the execution.

Yeah, it’s almost like they’ve had TWABs like this before, and then they get super quiet again after they promise to be more transparent about things, then apologize and do it all over again.

It’s almost like OP is calling it a good TWAB in comparison to the other TWABs we’ve gotten recently and that a TWAB can’t actually implement changes into the game. Jesus Christ people.

1 RespuestaThey do this EVERY year. They always talk about how they'll be more open and communicative every spring. This year it's not quite the 5 alarm fire I've seen in the past. However, the game is more buggy and grindy then ever before. I don't think they see it though.
