Getting arc ability kills should proc the arrow and then kills with the chain lightning arrow grants ability energy back or makes your next set of arc abilities stronger... imagine the synergy🤤 Same goes for Riskrunner.

Yet. It is in the API. It gives a range increase and a perk called Big Boom.

I know. And it has been in that API for 1 and a half years. Exotic armor catalysts have been in the API since warmind. And we still dont have those.

They actually never said anything about it not being a thing. In a TWAB in warmind they said it is not comming this season.

Well I would say that Armour 2.0 put the final nail firmly in that particular coffin.
