Did you previously migrate your battlenet account to steam (prior to entering the forsaken code)?
English
-
Yes I did and now come can't be redeemed on steam or it doesn't show dlc pack on my account
-
1. It’s a battlenet code, not a steam code. That’s why it cannot be redeemed on steam. 2. Per the pc move page faq:
Can Battle.net codes redeemed after PC Migration be transferred to Steam? No. Any Battle.net code that players possess for Destiny 2 content MUST be redeemed on their Battle.net account before they perform PC Migration. PC Migration is a one-time process that cannot be repeated for new licenses. For information on Battle.net code redemption, players should visit Blizzard’s How to Claim a Code knowledgebase article.
You are just SOL unless the retailer will give you a refund or exchange for your previous code.

Any chance to reach out to bungie and add the dlc on steam or giving steam code on exchange?
-
No. That quoted information is from Bungie. Also, Bungie doesn’t deal with game license codes. That’s tasked with platform support & retailers.
-
Then should I reach out to steam and ask for code exchange or just ask retailer for a refund?
-
I would start with retailer
-
Retailer said that if box is open (obviously it is to check code) he can't do a refund so where should I reach to solve this problem?
-
Then you’re out of options. Not sure why you’d buy a blizzard code when the game has been away from blizzard for 8-9 months already.
-
You’re out of luck. Steam will not honor codes from Battle.net.
