It is very likely that this will not have an effect on you then. As a casual player I am going to assume you aren't actively participating in end game content. If so the weapons you like will be more than viable in the content you are typically participating in when you jump on. No one even knows what the power cap will be on previous year weapons yet. So this idea that these weapons will be non-viable in any content is ridiculous. Sure they probably won't be viable for end game content, but that is the point of this update. It is designed to see a progression and variety of weapons as time goes on for high tier content, but still allow users to utilize the weapons they like in the lower tier content. Many people should reserve judgement until they see how the update truly plays out.
