plz FIX the rifleman triumphs and lore [By Thy Tongue Be Damned]

I killed rifleman many times but still no triumphs and lore .
I cant finish my lore colletion or get [Chronicler] seals
From 2019.10 to 2020.3 ,this bug hasn't been fixed yet.
