What about the dominance of Snipers on PC with no flinch and shotguns?

Pc has no flinch with snipers?

It has just as much flinch as console.

As bad on console. Revoker is now hitting highest levels in Crucible history, curre sitting at 10% of all kills in the last 24hrs, this has been months now, n in trials it'll be higher

I'd assume since revoker doesn't have flinch.

It regens ammo, and has an aggressive frame but the stats of a lightweight sniper, so handles really well and hits like a truck
