10 Respuestas1. It's not gambling since it's direct purchase. Gambling would be only getting new items through random loot boxes, AKA what every game is shying away from after tons of lawsuits 2. Every live-service game has microtransactions. They make a lot of money and make up the gap for the manpower needed to keep these games running. The prices are usually higher since they're cosmetic add-ons that have no gameplay impact 3. You signed away your right to any form of lawsuit or litigation when you signed the Terms of Service. You have no power here
