Kanye went crazy. He used to be this underrated artist that could make powerful statements even if it batted an eye, but now he’s just full out insane. His opinions feel like he just wants them all to be unpopular but has no way to back them up. And now he stopped taking his meds to make better music, even though when he got off his meds, he made his worst album, Jesus Is King. Please, try to change my mind.

5 Respuestas“I use it as my gas so they say that I’m gassed” I think people like to hate Kanye because 1. he’s successful, 2. he’s more successful than they’ll ever be, 3. they don’t actually know Kanye besides a couple headlines they read.

2 RespuestasNo point in trying to change your mind when you have no intention to based off of your replies.

4 RespuestasSomeone who’s old work I like started making a different sound, therefore he is crazy* He’s always been this enigmatic, large-opinions, bigger-than-life person. Just because he decides to support Donald Trump and search for a God means he’s gone crazy? plsstopurkillingmebro 😭😭😭

Editado por Swiftlock: 1/19/2020 7:27:01 PMThis is... nothing new. He's not crazy. It's simply the cycle of Yeezy. ... show up as a damaged person in a rough place > reinvent himself > make music > thrive off of haters and fans > fall off for a while > show up as a damaged person in a rough place... That's just who he is. And it works. A man in a Shakespearean cycle of drama and y'all eat it up. Even cynical posts such as this one are a testament to his influence. That's the power of Yeezus.

1 RespuestaHe’s probably my favourite rap artists even though I don’t listen to much rap. Everything he made before 2010 is phenomenal and everything between then and 2016 is great, but since then it is all terrible. His personality is just not likeable anymore and his music sucks.

Crazy is as crazy does.

1 RespuestaHe’s always been.

Also, did anyone see the merch for JIK?

"Mr West... Stryper is on line 1... Say good luck on your release of Jesus is King... Say they would like to set up a tour.."

1 RespuestaThat's what happens when you let the money and fame go to your head, plus it doesn't help that you're married to a girl whose family is the biggest attention -blam!- the world has ever seen.

1 RespuestaKanye has always been apeshit lol He does make good music though. Remember, Artist=/=Art.

1 RespuestaHe seems to not understand the effects of his actions & how they are reflecting on him as a person. Look at his latest action, once denouncing homophobia in rap, now he’s headlining an event for anti-lgbt leaders. To be clear, I highly doubt he genuinely stands for this stuff & is just trying to make a spectacle of himself, which is a shitty thing to do given the context. He seems to think all publicity is good publicity, but this just isn’t the case. His actions could have a negative impact on his younger, more impressionable fans, send a terrible message to his LGBT fans & those he’s worked with who are LGBT like Frank Ocean & just make him look like a piece of shit who stands for bad causes & endorses terrible messages.
I miss the old Kanye.
