Just like what the title says I feel like the amount of eververse loot is greater than actual in game loot. I realized something when I was looking at collections. For one season literally all the ghosts in the collection menu all came from eververse.
Why is it that we eververse items like ghosts, emotes, and actual good looking armor can only come from eververse? Yes I know that Bungie needs a source of income, but sometimes it feels like they do not put enough stuff in the actual game as compared to eververse.
For example, the exclusive loot for season of dawn was a good way to go. Loot you can grind for that’s unique (reskin or not) but why can this not be done for other activities like strikes or crucible. Getting the same items for a year ago is not very appealing, and what so far we have information of an iron banner bow? Though I do not use bows that is a good start but if it’s only 1 item I do not see the point. Getting the same armor over and over again is not very fun.
So long story short Bungie I want to know if it’s possible for the team to attempt to put more in game loot than eververse items. I miss when you could get cool shaders from raids or emotes from strikes. When we had to earn a ghost by ranking up in crucible. Though I know it’s a lot of hard work it Would be cool if all vendor sold some new items.

9 RespuestasSimple answer - Greed Bungie creates a game lacking in loot and puts loot on the store just waiting for those whales to stop by and feed all their money in. Seems Bungie has a very clear price on integrity and customer engagement.

How we'd like it: Person 1: Where did you get that really cool Armor set? Person 2: I earned it from the new raid, including this shader for flawless. Person 1: Awesome man. How it is: Person 1: Where did you get that really cool Armor set? Person 2: I spent (or spent what's left of our bright dust) money in the Eververse for it. Person 1: Oh.......

5 RespuestasStop crying ffs, half of it is cheap as fuk. You must be poor.

7 RespuestasLeave eververse alone. It’s miscellaneous crap that gives no real advantage to actual gameplay. Pay to look good not pay to win get over it already.

It's always such a sight to behold another guardian using the taken sparrow. You know what hell they had to do to earn that sweet ride, and it made you yearn for it. A badge of accomplishment But mostly when i see something cool looking someone else is using, I know they got it from the store and my want for it diminishes because it's not special anymore. Sure it looks awesome, but it means nothing. To me that's a terminal problem when your MTX store feels like it's the only thing that gets good loot in a looter game.

3 RespuestasHad everything is completely free, aka free-to-play, the Eververse Store will make more sense. It doesn't make any sense for a long-time player, like me, to pay the base game + DLC + Eververse on top of everything.

agree that bungie is so greedy that its resulting in breaking the gameplay loop
-
1 RespuestaYep remember getting new armor and weapons for new vendors every dlc that was for crucible and vanguard and even factions. My question is where is that now?

2 RespuestasI have no urge to log in anymore. Only to play quickplay with friends.

1 RespuestaI agree these days Bungie need to make money from Eververse. Perhaps they can study how Guild War / ArenaNet work with their Black Lion Trading Company first ?

1 RespuestaBungie: “Making Content is hard” Players: “But why does Eververse gets updated every Season??” Bungie: “Good question.....”

44 RespuestasLord Almighty... Another reskinned argument. Who'd've guessed?! Eververse store sells things! that's what stores do I don't like it! okay and? It's greedy! businesses sell things to make money...people work for a living...or do you work for free? It makes people angry! why are you still playing the game then? Warfra- no But! go play Barbie's horse farm if this game makes you angry

27 RespuestasThey are a business. They need to make money to pay their employees, rent, insurance, etc. Plus, look at all the content eververse has funded. The game is free now so let that sink in for a minute.

Tfw when haven't gotten a true vendor refresh for more than a year, meanwhile Eververse has gotten refreshes EVERY. SINGLE. SEASON. I would not mind Eververse if they would actually update the other vendors as well. In fact, if it meant adding more actual new gear in the game, I would buy silver just so Bungie could keep adding new cool armor and weapons to farm for. Unfortunately, that probably the case as they seem complacent with this model, as they already made over 300 million last year through Eververse.

We welcome our new NetEase overlords. Who needs content when you can expend the bare minimum development in order to allow you to continue to court Chinese investment.

13 RespuestasAmidst this IB whining this is something I can agree with. Everytime I check the new seasonal items 90% of it is source: eververse.

1 RespuestaEditado por Yura Dumaz: 12/26/2019 11:21:24 AMI find it funny when people make complaint posts about Eververse this far into the Destiny Franchise. In D1 it was already leaving sour tastes in people's mouths but just seeing them now makes me think how easy I could get away with breaking into your house and robbing you or stealing your romantic partner or children before it gets noticed. Not disagreeing that Eververse is cancer one bit, glad people continue to post about it, but it will NEVER change. The Eververse cancer roots have already spread.

Editado por Corrick II: 12/26/2019 4:30:36 AMIt’s annoying that Eververse has all the things we used to get in game, but that’s how Destiny works now. That being said... Eververse does have some of the more interesting designs for armor and weapon ornaments, which would be nice to see in-game as well (armor, at the very least) At least SOME of the Eververse items should be included in game. Things like ships or sparrows would be cool side quest loot to grind for in strikes or special missions utilizing existing content with some lore added to it, like finding the pieces of a long lost Guardian’s ship or something. Eververse stands out like a sore thumb because the game itself is just so grind-heavy now. It’s not that Eververse actually has more items, it just has more consistently interesting designs, more exclusive items (transmat effects and finishers), and is far less a godawful chore to get stuff from.

Is this this year's "Remove Eververse"? Cuz it's just as annoying...

I get that some people wish we had cosmetics tgat drop in-game but I'm still chasing certain rolls from Shadowkeep and I feel like there is plenty to go for this season. The loot isn't as bad as people make it sound.

4 RespuestasDon’t mind eververse but don’t see why they got so lazy with the iron banner loot etc. back in d1 we had loot changes. No more

2 RespuestasI just wish they built their loot into game better elder scrolls online neverwinter all have armour sets for loads of activities that you get as specific rewards from specific activities/bosses and they are a lot cheaper to play than destiny with all their lore in the game to I know sounds ridiculous having everything in the game
