Just wondering what the other Warlocks are feeling after the recent changes to our class.
Base melee speed still not fixed.
Nova warp still not addressed.
Both Nova bombs suck compared to Blade barrage.
Top tree Dawnblade feels better in regards to neutral game but in super feels awful to me.
Exotics still average (Especially one added this season for Dawnblade and last season for Stormtrance)
Agree? Disagree?

I've always enjoyed Devour in Quickplay since I tend to be an "in your face" type. Cerberus with catalyst and a backup plan fusion makes for some fun times. Especially nasty with chromatic fire, since they are more than likely dying from the crit hit it triggers a lot. You get a lot of hate mail for it too. In comp I dont dare use a warlock.

Daybreak is in my opinion the image for what supers should be in Destiny; easy to whiff, but incredibly rewarding when used properly. Other than that I agree with pretty much everything else. Buff NW, buff NB, buff exotics, it's all healthy stuff. Good day :)

I really noticed it during my Randy's grind that being a voidwalker main meant that I pretty much had no usage for any ability I don't melee because I'll just get shotgunned or the slow speed of the melee will get me killed Scatter nades tend to bounce a lot for me and don't do nearly enough damage Slowvabomb is too slow for the tracking to matter, warp is hilariously bad, and bottom tree has such a small range and I get killed during the animation D1 with actually good scatter nades and the triple nova bomb was so awesome I'm basically a classless guardian in pvp with the only thing making me a warlock being my slow jump (that I actually like lol)

1 RespuestaThe only reason everything seems weak is because of all the bugs. Want an easy pvp win setup? monte carlo top dawnblade Claws of ahamkara and then when you get it, solar plexus mod want another? Nezeracs sin Tolesto want another? contraverse hold spaming

6 RespuestasAgain?!?!?!?! This is your third post whining about how weak warlocks are! Switch character or game, dude! You're singlehandedly giving warlocks a bad name lol
-
Disagree, you are just a terrible warlock.

Editado por Cheebruger: 12/16/2019 8:57:54 PMTransversives and astrocyte are both top tier, storm trance and Dawnblade are both very scary supers, double meleeing is not viable against good players (so it doesn't entirely matter, but it would be fine to see it changed), and rifts are great for area controlling. And blade barrages sucks anyways. Warlocks are fine.

nope; void, slow nova...
-
nope; fine with slow nova...
-
I'm fine, still doing the best with my warlock over my other classes.

They don’t care.

Editado por TheArtist: 12/16/2019 3:24:48 PMThe Warlock neutral game is still weak. But the changes made to top-tree Dawnblade are a step in the right direction. The ranged attack and the abiltiy to attack and still be elusive from the air has added a dimension to Warlock neutral play that has been sorely lacking in Destiny 2. TLDR: Warlock play has been too heavily biased towards Support play, and Supers....but its **slowly** getting better. Still has a way to go....and many of the supers still have to rely on exotics to boost them to power levels that they should have at baseline.

2 RespuestasI definitely understand why people run bottom Dawnblade in PvP. Aside from the new floaty gimmick and "fast as Fuk boi" strafe glide with top tree, the super sucks ass. It's hit registration is garbo and it whiffs all the time. Seems like you need a full body direct hit to get a kill or you basically do nothing. Compared to bottom, top has next to no tracking and no blast radius whatsoever. I've never had so much "wait, how the hell is he still alive?" moments while using a super in both pve and PvP ever.

PvP players are feeling shafted in the PvP arena.

Editado por cycofreak3: 12/16/2019 9:44:31 AMI still have no reason to run top tree over bottom tree. The melee is a joke and easy to avoid therefore making it's range worthless and the ability to shoot in the air sounds neat but doesn't feel very good in PvE so I won't be touching it in PvP either. The super itself from what I've heard form a friend who exclusively plays his Warlock, the hit detection is still hot garbage with direct hits doing as little as 14 damage so that's neat. Then the exotic... what a God damn joke, why would I ever use this anywhere? It's got little use in PvE and practically none in PvP. Do I still feel shafted? Well I haven't seen the other exotics in use yet or touched the other subclasses but I will say yes. The sunbreaker super was made better, NW was ignored again. Hunters got a few changes that are hit and miss but at least that's something. The changes to the dawnblade feel like they're there just to say something was changed. Top tree dawnblade was already a higher skill ceiling skill tree and remains so to a greater extent now, nothing that actually needed change was touched though. The dawnblade's major flaw is hit detection, Warlocks needed other changes to the voidwalker instead if we weren't getting basic fixes. Look at the burning maul, it's tracking was already good but inconsistent, Bungie's fix? Make tracking even better. No Warlock fixes though.

Pretty sure dawnblade is the best super rn and the air dodge neutral game is insane if you're an aggressive player. After these recent changes I've mained warlock.

4 RespuestasEditado por WP ScorpionWind: 12/16/2019 12:10:15 PMNot trying to be total ass but, come on man this is the third post calling warlocks weak. I mean honestly if you feel like they're that weak, then why not switch to another class? I mean why stick to what apparently isn't working for you? Besides by the looks of the voting, the community is not agreeing with you.

2 RespuestasSeems like a you problem. I do just fine with my warlock. And I even play Nova Warp more times than not...

Reported for disruption.

2 RespuestasTop tree dawnblade is my new favorite subclass to use. Only problem I have playing warlock is the lack of good exotics.
-
Meh, they're not terrible, but it gives me a challenge when i play so i don't get bored. I used to main a hunter for PvP but that was essentially playing on easy mode so I moved way to a class that didn't have all the advantages.

2 RespuestasAll we need bro is that same cast speed as blade barrage and nova bomb will be good
