Please Nerf Recluse.
Or bring other damage dealing perks in line with master of arms. If anything nerfing things like Rampage, Kill Clip, etc. just made recluse better.
A good suggestion would be to make the weapon activate its perk when you get a kill with another equipped weapon. Instead of just being activated kill after kill when using recluse. Get a kill with another weapon, swap to recluse for that extra damage then when the timer is up, switch back.
I definitely want it to still be usable but if you’re dial back the other perks, at least change Master of Arms.
Or ya know, make Recluse exotic.

I'd be down with a Recluse nerf. Way too easy to use and makes every other primary irrelevant.

Yeah, that’s about where I am with it too. Make MoA proc only on other weapon kills, replace Feeding Frenzy with Autoloading Holster, but buff it’s damage back up in PvE. Honestly would open to MoA lasting a whole magazine with no timer now that auto-loads are (for the most part) gone
