As purely a QOL request/comment. It sure would be nice if the shader mechanic got a similar overhaul as mods and armor. If shaders were one time un-lockable like mods are now, they would be much more useful. Whats the point of having to stack multiple copies of a shader anyway?!? If you change gear around often then you quickly use up your shader inventory and eventually will lose those shaders you like altogether....especially during these seasonal updates.
I'm not big on the cosmetics side of the game but do spend a fair amount of time color coordinating whatever mix of armor my guardians are wearing. While not as asthetically pleasing as many of the Armor sets that can be bought or grinded for, shader matching at least boosts the look above the "homeless Guardian" level.
Anyway, it takes +/- 4 copies of the specific shader mod to get a decent result that works for me. But it takes several more copies if you want to swap in/out other armor pieces frequently. So basically the pool of usable shaders is really much smaller than the many shaders seen in enventory.
Like this message, I end up spenfing way too much tme on this shader crap...time I'd much rather use playing the game!
Anybody else agree?

Giving the player access to every shader in the game would 1. Be a UI overload, and 2. Cause excessive overhead. I wouldn't mind a bit longer load times for more shaders but it's not as though they have no reason for doing it they way they did.
