Completed the activation of the gofannon forge (Even checked it in the triumphs section). Every guide I look at says to kill some vex to drop the vex transponder so you can proceed with unlocking the izanami forge. That said, I've killed 400+ vex in the past three days and nothing has dropped. *The gofannon forge was unlocked at the beginning of this week. Is it a time gated drop, is it a known issue, has the unlock changed??
