PLEASE BUNGIE resolve the cross save character... bought Shadowkeep so I can wait for 90 DAYS!? NO!

I am a PS4 Destiny2 player since D1.. now I got a PC and would like to transfer my Guardians on Steam... annnddd.. mistakenly unpaired.. annddd.. I have to wait 90 DAYS! 90... D A Y S to access my guardians!? so my $35 just vanished like that!? Please bungie I want to play my ps4 character with all my weapon collection on it.. It is so hard to contact you guys.. I just wasted $35 dollars for my most hyped game.. this is so SAD..

    • There is a problem with cross save. I lost my chance with it trying to troubleshoot my account. Not having a system in place to prevent mistakes either by the community or Bungie hurts the player base. I am very grateful for the opportunity and missing out on it kinda sucks because there was something wrong my account. 3 months is a long time to not play a multiplayer game and the policy doesn't even make sense in the first place. A second chance would be fair.

And I sincerely hate those people that saying “you have to wait just like every one else, bungie is a god and never never made noting broken from the beginning , bungie made it cause they have a reason bla bla bla I’m a dick”. And you are shame of our community if you can’t understand the pain of your friends guardians. You are not trying to help and push posts like this to the top to even just try to help resolve this problem. you came here typing yours shit “advises” for what? It's not 35$ wasted just play on PS4 with the old characters or start a new set on steam. Then when the 90 days is up you cross-save your PS4 characters to steam.

      • Me too, I'm trying to copy my character on pc over onto ps4 to play with friends on there and now i have to wait 90 days.. Why is that a thing anyways?

      • Yeah I had to disable cross save because my character disappeared when I transferred from PS4 to steam. I logged on to my PS4 and It placed me in the character creation screen. Once I disabled cross save my character came back on the PS4 but now I have to wait 90 to link accounts again. Currently playing with a new character on steam and I'm annoyed I have to wait that long to transfer my PS4 account

      • I had the same thing happen to me. In the cross save faq there is a link that will let you fill out a forum for your error in cross save. They havent responded to mine yet but it has only been 12 hours.

        • In the same boat. Have to wait 90 days to access my PS4 characters on Steam :( It would be nice to have a grace period to fix a mistake made in the cross-save configuration.

        • I am also wondering if the 90 day (seems an awful long time) period can be reset or wavered, on day one when Shadowkeep hit, with all the issues I disconnected cross save as part of a troubleshooting step. That was a mistake (obvious big one now), as I also wasn't aware of how the Season passes work now. I Pre-ordered on PS4 assuming I was pre-ordering for that console but I signed in with the PC first to play with a friend even though I couldn't even connect in the end, from what I am reading, its possible it redeemed the season pass there. Now because I don't have access to Cross-Save I don't get the season pass content for my PS4 - only Shadowkeep (shaking head at oneself). Either that or the Season Pass never applied at all. Still trying to understand how it all works myself. Bungie if you can help out - though I understand it could take a while, it would be appreciated.

        • Yeah i did the same thing and it's completely unclear to me why that lock happened since i never even booted Destiny up. there's nowhere to even plead your case, which sucks.

          • I did the same thing ... which means that the procedure it's unclear ... misleading... but people that did not created clear and easy to understand procedure will never admit that ...but the fact that in several hours there are enough people in the same situation is the indication that there is something wrong... I'm very ... very disappointed... I bought a new PC to play my favorite game on that PC ... and It appears that ... this will never happen. I have initiated refund for 86 euros and If Bungie fix this in several days I'll gladly spnd them back ... if not ... i'll start from scratch with different game ... life ...

          • Ok, I know everyone is saying that It is all written at the agreement before you do cross save.. the problem is I am Japanese and I don't really understand English ( my friend who can understand english is typing this for me ) If you go to settings and change the language, the agreement is still written in english that is why i did not bother to read (did not understand). Try changing the language and see it for yourself.
