Hey there, Roughly a month ago i did the pc move from my battlenet account (Jacklian#2146), and now when I enter to the game by Steam it starts the new character creation and I dont find my battlenet characters (I even purchased shadowkeep and it doesnt appear on my profile). When I check the web page dedicated to the pc move it only appears this new character on steam, and I only find my old battlenet characters through the mobile app (Destiny Companion app). In addition to that, a strange xbox profile appears on my account on the cross play web page that i dont have anything to do with.
