      • "Next week, we'll be looking at how your arsenal of weaponry will be changing" [spoiler] inb4 "We've reduced the damage and rate of fire on all weapons and have increased recoil multiplicatively (if you thought it kicked hard before, just you wait). We've adjusted ammo availability so that each weapon can only hold enough reserve ammo for half a magazine. We believe this makes players make more tactical decisions when it comes to how their characters die. But we also realize that this means players will run out of ammo frequently. To adjust for the ease of players not having to keep track of their ammo count (it's 0!), we have reduced weapon ready and stow speeds. Speaking of non-damage stats, we are implementing a fatigue system! Guardians that swap, aim, or reload weapons too often will feel arm fatigue and will have their ability to continue to do these things hindered, as seen by a reduce in animation speeds and fire rates for non-auto weapons (fingers get tired too, guys). As part of the fatigue system, we will be implementing a new system where your weapons can be knocked or dropped from your hands when your Guardian hits the ground from a jump, gets hit with a Melee attack, or if their arms get a little too tired. And dropping your weapon doesn't come without it's risks. When your weapon hits the ground, there's a chance it could break in unexpected ways, causing misfires, jams, or even breaking the weapon entirely. Your weapons can be repaired by purchasing a consumable Weapon Repair Kit from Banshee-44 for 250 Bright Dust. These will repair the weapon at the cost of making it more likely to break again. This effect stacks infinitely (we know you guys love stacking). Stay tuned next week as we go over some adjustments we're going to be making to a few other areas of the game, like menu animations, loading screens, and movement speed in non-combat areas"[/spoiler]

          • Not much to celebrate. Making guardian weaker. Removing content. Some good things in crucible. I am not sure why anyone would want to carry bungie execs through strikes unless they're planning to curse them into submission. Personally not sure why you think instant reload is a big deal this is just mind boggling. Keep it.

          • I find it quite moronic by Bungie that you would allow an activity like Reckoning to start with less than four people. Like, what’s the point? Does Bungie purposely do these types of ridiculous mechanics? How do you not think of these types of things through testing etc? As a consumer, I have no faith in your game design abilities.

            • thankfully another game come out this week and I won't have to deal with a franchise that seems to only know how to make a game even more mind numbingly unfun. everyone likes to be a hero in a video game, not just your fan boy no life streaming game addicts....                 • What Hippocrates. You want us to feel powerful playing your game and have fun, but then you dial back the power so much to the point where the stuff that made us feel powerful isn't even worth using. And the knowledge that this could happen to anything in the game just removes the fun factor.

                      Well this was a very enlightenment TWAB. Another year of experimenting is coming up in October just to be changed to anything else in September 2020. And that's the sad truth about Destiny after D1Y3. [b]We had the "Go Fast" upgrade and now you're throwing a major, gigantic "Go Slower" downgrade to the entire game.[/b] I guess my answer to that proposal sums up to [url=https://imgur.com/LaMH7CK]THIS[/url]

                        • I'm ready for a new PVE meta. The brainless effortless boss melt and identical loadouts are stale. The only good thing is it speeds up farming and I can watch TV while farming. Other than that I'm happy with these changes.

                              • To be honest the only thing I saw that will be the biggest game changer is the Luna/rally barricade change. Those have been the way they are for so long I find it a little amusing that [b][i]now they are a problem [/i][/b]. The rest of the changes are negligible to me. There will be a new Meta and methods to deal with everything. And we’ll all get used to those until it’s changed again. Pitchfork and torches sales will peak at that time. As for Datto and the rest like them, they will be the ones showing the new Meta and methods then shunning them later when they are bored. The super changes I can deal with. It might get me to play with some new setups and freshen up the gameplay a bit.. The “armor masterwork “ change seems like kind of a low blow for anyone who committed materials to it (not me. I’m not that rich). The armor sets, rescind or not, look nice to me. I’ll be grinding that stuff out for all three of my characters. That’s pretty much my take from the TWAB. Love it or hate it.

Also Bungie 3 months from now: We have heard your complaints about our deliberate attempt to make the game less fun, so we are reverting it back to how it was pre-shadowkeep. We are ever evolving and always listening to feedback.

                                  ✅ selected answer. Thank you to all who put in the work to get the mountaintop before the great quest nerf. I respect all of you that did this. Now to all the players blowing up quickplay with gl spam to get your handout, enjoyyyy. You all are special guardians, bungie knows this, they made it obtainable for you.

                                    A serious warlcoks rant from a pvp perspective. It's no secret that warlocks are the least played class since d1. Not saying we're useless in pvp and things aren't good I feel gimped unless I play Titan or Hunter which by the way have dominated crucible. When something gets nerfed or re adusted the whole thing gets nuked. Time after Time everything about warlocks are neglected each twab proves that. Whenever warlocks are in the twab they get the least amount of buffs and the most amount of nerfs. Why is it warlocks since d2 have the slowest base melee speed when they're all the same range? Why is it warlocks have the shortest melee range and the slowest melee in the game? It's bad enough we have the worst jumps in the game and we're the slowest. Tied to the slowest movement without the aid of traversivse steps and dawnblade. We also have the worst jumps. (Top Tree Daybreak) For a class focused on in air combat it surely hinders you in doing so. Why is it that hunters are better then an entire subclass centered on in air combat? For me to reduce some sort of in air accuracy penalty I need to get a melee hit in. Gee I hope I don't run into a shotgunner. The in air accuracy penalty from getting a melee in from Swift Strike is almost unnoticeable. Which an Icarus grip you see results instantly the moment boots leave the ground. If only swift strike could also be activated from grenade hits as we we might actually see something there. Don't forget you have to make use of the worst jumps in the game both strafe or balanced jump which hinders the function of daybreak since it moves faster with burst. Which top tree doesn't grant tracking or extend duration. Icarus dash 7 solid seconds to a cooldown with no additional effects which by the way feels like an eternity. It's not like icarus dash can make me go invis, stop tick damage, break aim assist, condense my hit box, reload my gun, or give me an entire melee charge. The only thing top tree has is cooldown to melee and grenade when getting kills in the air (Well of Radiance) is getting a damage resistance nerf which makes no sense btw. It's not like I'm over here tanking everything like the good ole ward of dawn. Currently one shot from any slug shotgun will put you down, one sniper head shot puts you down so does high impact fusions and precision frame. But wait there's more. Pulses and scouts can put you down. I see an enemy well I challenge it I see ward of dawn forget. I Feel safer impaling someone with the sword thrust walking away and playing the rest of the map then I do standing in a well. (attunment of the sky) The super is the only thing going for it. There's no neutral play whatsoever! Phoenix dive is utterly useless in and out of super. When someone hears daybreak you betcha everyone is gonna run not sit there waiting for you to slam on top of them. Which has a long animation btw. Phoenix Dive out of supers has no purpose it has been nerfed the same time Wormhusk did as it literally grants the same effect. It literally doesn't matter how high up you go there's a cap now to health restoration. But it's okay I can use it every 5 seconds after floating in the air just to fall slower then the jump cancel of a regular warlocks jump. All it has is pve gimmicks fall down faster, turn vertical lifts into a poormans bounce house and not take fall damage. (chaos reach) still blinds the user all while having one of the lowest damage resistances. You'd think that being suspended and trapped in the air youd have a good fighting chance. Wrong you get shutdown effortlessly. if and only if ionic blink was tied to a jump option and not trapped on top tree stormcaller since we invented blink. Then this would benefit this super a lot. Cast chaos reach blink change direction once blink animation is done continue chaos reach. (attunment of conduction) The only thing wrong with it is jump cancels your attack which makes no sense as every other roaming super doesn't penalize you for jumping. Feedback should replace ionic blink. Ionic blink replaces either strafe or balanced glide. Feedback Getting hit by an enemy recharges and intensifies your melee. (attunment of elements) Electrostatic Surge lost what made it viable back in d1. I don't care for the rift cooldown nor the super cooldown but enemies nearby when stormtrance was active would take damage giving it more offensive and defensive capabilities. Bottom tree is also effected by the jump cancelation of stormtrance. top tree nova bomb) chaos Accelerant doesn't work with charging scatter grenades. a charged scatter grenade should perform like the same benefits granted from nothing manacles. Which was Entropic pull) grants a grenade cooldown from melee awesome so does impact momentum transfer which doesn't stack btw. It needs an additional perk tied to it. Entropic pull melee hits cool down nova bomb. nova warp) atomic breach melee isn't applying neither effects of Knock back or detonation which deaths that should be a trade are not. or the I'll just flat out lose the melee charge off of it to not have any effects. When nova warp super ends I can't fire my gun. I have to pull the trigger twice to be able to engage with my weapons. uncharged blasts from nova warp do little to no damage as well as the radius is inconsistent. This is also a huge disadvantage considering it's our best attack to deal with other roaming supers otherwise I need to charge up then detonate which the enemy has more then enough time to strike mutiple times. Bottom Tree nova bomb) No secret is the worse shutdown super in the game. The moment I toss it gravity instantly takes effect. Yes it getting a buff what's this the 4th buff and it's still Will most likely be trash. Feed the void and devour need both of it's effects combined under one perk. Bloodthirst) Kills while devour is active grant increased melee speed, movement speed and weapon speed I've you've read this I appreciate that. You might not agree but I'm sick an tired of warlocks being so pve driven and never getting buffs or beneficial changes. The only changes we seem to get are drastic nerfs.
